Claims (5)
- 고 함수율 유기폐기물 건조장치를 구성함에 있어서 ;제1, 제2 건조장치로 직렬 구성하되;상기 제1, 제2 건조장치는 양측에 입구와 출구가 형성된 원통형 드럼 구조의 외통;상기 외통 내부에 설치되는 원통형 드럼 구조의 제1 내통;상기 제1 내통 내부에 설치되는 원통형 드럼 구조의 제2 내통;상기 제2 내통 내부에 설치되는 원통형 드럼 구조의 제3 내통;상기 외통과 제1 내통과 제2 내통과 제3 내통의 간격을 유지하는 복수의 스페이스;상기 제3 내통의 내부에 형성되는 제1 건조실;상기 제2 내통과 제1 내통 사이에 형성되는 제2 건조실;상기 제1 내통과 외통 사이에 형성되는 제3 건조실;상기 제1 내통의 후단에 설치되는 판체;상기 외통의 출구와 연결되는 제3 건조실의 출구;상기 제3 내통과 제2 내통 사이에 각각 형성되고 각각의 버너가 구비된 제1, 제2 열풍발생로;상기 제1, 제2 열풍발생로의 화염과 열풍이 유입되는 화염유입실;상기 제3 내통에 소정 간격으로 형성되는 복수의 유입공;상기 제1, 제2 건조장치의 출구에 설치되는 제1, 제2 집진장치;상기 제1, 제2 건조장치를 소정의 RPM으로 회전시키는 회전수단;상기 제3 내통과 제2 내통의 연결부에 형성되는 경사면;을 더 포함하여서 된 고 함수율 유기폐기물 건조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;제3 내통의 입구 부분에 선단으로 향 할수록 좁아지게 형성되는 유도공간;상기 유도공간에 형성되는 유입공;을 더 포함하여서 된 고 함수율 유기폐기물 건조장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서;제1, 제2 열풍발생로의 화염과 열풍은 상기 제1, 제2 열풍발생로와 죠인트와 연결관과 유도공간을 경유하여 화염유입실로 유입되고,상기 화염유입실로 유입된 화염은 복수의 유입공을 통하여 제1 건조실로 유입되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고 함수율 유기폐기물 건조장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서 ;상기 제3 내통의 선단부에 형성되는 격리판;상기 격리판의 중앙에 형성되는 통공;상기 통공으로 경사지게 유입 설치되는 투입수단 및 제1, 제2 열풍발생로와 외통 사이에 연결되는 신축성 죠인트와 연결관;상기 연결관과 외통 사이에 설치되는 밀폐수단;을 더 포함하여서 된 고 함수율 유기폐기물 건조장치.
