Claims (5)
- 고 함수율 유기폐기물 탄화장치를 구성함에 있어서;버너(22)와 가열실(85)이 구비된 제3 열풍발생로(23);상기 제3 열풍발생로(23)에 분리 구성되는 내부연소실(23a) 및 외부연소실(23b);상기 가열실(85)에 상하로 평행 설치되는 상부 금속관(86) 및 하부 금속관(87);상기 상부 금속관(86) 및 하부 금속관(87) 내부에 각각 형성되는 상부 탄화실(88) 및 하부 탄화실(89);상기 상부 탄화실(88) 및 하부 탄화실(89) 양측에 형성되는 입구(90)(92) 및 출구(91)(19);상기 상부 탄화실(88) 및 하부 탄화실(89) 내부에 각각 축 설치되는 이송스크류(95)(96);상기 이송스크류(95)(96)를 저속 회전시키는 각각의 구동수단(93)(94);을 포함하되;상부 탄화실(88)로 유입되는 유기폐기물은 이송스크류(95)에 의해 상부 탄화실(88) 출구(91)와 하부 탄화실(89)의 입구(92)를 경유하여 하부 탄화실(89)로 유입된 다음 이송스크류(96)에 의해 이송 탄화되면서 하부 금속관(87)의 출구(19)로 배출되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고 함수율 유기폐기물 탄화장치.
