Claims (11)
- 유동 방향에 있어서 제2 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도보다 10 내지 40 ℃ 낮고, 기체 유입구로부터 제3 구역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도보다 30 내지 100 ℃ 낮도록 수행되는, 구역으로 배열된 3개 이상의 상이한 고정층 촉매 상에서 열 전달 매체를 이용하여 자동온도조절되는 다관원통형 반응기 중 자일렌, 나프탈렌 또는 그의 혼합물의 기체-상 산화에 의한 프탈산 무수물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도가 제1 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도보다 40 내지 80 ℃ 낮은 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1, 제2 및 제3 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도 사이의 온도 차이가 촉매 구역의 층 길이 비에 의해 조절되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 구역의 층 길이가 전체 촉매 층 길이의 30% 초과인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 구역의 층 길이가 전체 촉매 층 길이의 40% 초과인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 구역과 제2 촉매 구역에서의 최대 온도 사이의 온도 차이가 열 전달 매체의 온도를 통해 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 촉매 구역에서 최대 온도가 470 ℃ 미만인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부하량이 기체 상 표준 m3 당 o-자일렌 및(또는) 나프탈렌 80 내지 140 g인 기체 상이 사용된 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열 전달 매체의 온도가 360 ℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기체 혼합물의 공간 속도가 2000 h-1 이상인 방법.
