Description
Claims (10)
- 횡류 반응기에서 유체를 유도하는 유체 유도 장치로서,전면(12)과, 2개의 측면(22), 그리고 후면(24)을 구비하고 수직하게 연장되는 유입 덕트(10)를 포함하며, 전면(12)은 개구(14)가 형성되어 있는 판과, 유입 덕트(10)로부터 외측으로 연장되는 루버(louver)(16)를 포함하는 루버 구비형 구조를 갖고, 루버(16)는 리딩 에지(18)와 트레일링 에지(20)를 구비하며, 루버의 리딩 에지(18)는 적어도 하나의 개구(14) 위의 위치에서 판에 부착되고, 루버의 트레일링 에지(20)는 판으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 그리고 아래쪽으로 연장되는 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체 유도 장치는 방사형 흐름 반응기용의 것으로서, 방사형 흐름 반응기는 반응기 용기(40) 내에 배치된 내측 반응 구역을 구비하며, 전면(12)과 후면(24)은 곡선형 구조를 갖고, 전면(12)의 곡률 반경은 반응기의 고체 입자 구역의 반경과 동일하며, 후면(24)의 곡률 반경은 반응기 용기(40)의 반경과 동일한 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체 유도 장치는 방사형 흐름 반응기용의 것으로서, 방사형 흐름 반응기는 반응기 용기(40) 내에 배치된 내측 반응 구역을 구비하며, 전면(12)과 후면(24)은 평평한 구조를 갖고, 소정 폭의 전면(12)은 반응기의 고체 입자 구역의 반경을 갖는 원에 대해 현(弦)을 형성하며, 소정 폭의 후면(24)은 반응기 용기(40)의 반경을 갖는 원에 대해 현을 형성하는 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 루버(16)는 수직면에 대해 1°내지 89°의 각도로 배치되는 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 루버(16)는 수직면에 대해 10°내지 30°의 각도로 배치되는 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개구(14)는 상측 에지와 하측 에지를 구비하며, 루버(16)는 리딩 에지(18)로부터 트레일링 에지(20)에 이르는 길이를 갖고, 루버(16)의 길이는 적어도 개구의(14)의 하측 에지가 루버(16)에 의해 덮일 만큼의 거리에 이르기까지 루버(16)의 트레일링 에지(20)가 연장될 정도로 충분히 긴 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개구(14)는 측방 에지를 구비하며, 루버(16)는 측방 에지를 구비하고, 유체 유도 장치는 한 쌍의 확장부(26)를 더 포함하며, 각 확장부(26)는 루버(16)의 측방 에지 중 하나와 전면(12)에 부착되는 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강성을 제공하도록 덕트(10) 내에 배치되는 지지 바아를 더 포함하는 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수직 연장되는 유입 덕트(10)의 횡단면은 실질적으로 사다리꼴 형상인 것인 유체 유도 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수직 연장되는 유입 덕트(10)의 횡단면은 실질적으로 직사각형 형상인 것인 유체 유도 장치.
