Description
[形態1]
流体を交叉流反応器に導く装置であって、
前面(12)、2つの側面(22)、及び後面(24)を有する、垂直に延びる入口ダクト(10)を備え、前面(12)が、開口(14)を有するプレート、及びダクト(10)から外側へ広がるルーバー(16)を含むルーバー付きの構造により構成され、ルーバー(16)が前縁(18)及び後縁(20)を有し、ルーバーの前縁(18)が少なくとも1つの開口(14)より上の位置でプレートに取付けられ、ルーバーの後縁(20)がプレートから離間し下方へ延びる、前記装置。
[形態2]
放射状反応器に用いられる形態1記載の装置であって、放射状反応器が反応容器(40)内に配置された内部反応帯域を有し、前面(12)及び後面(24)が湾曲した構造をなし、前面(12)の曲率半径が反応器の固体粒子帯域の半径と等しく、後面(24)の曲率半径が反応容器(40)の半径と等しい、前記装置。
[形態3]
放射状反応器に用いられる形態1記載の装置において、放射状反応器が反応容器(40)内に配置された内部反応帯域を有しており、前面(12)及び後面(24)が平坦な構造を有し、前面(12)の幅が反応器の固体粒子帯域の半径からなる円に対する弦を形成し、後面(24)の幅が反応容器(40)の半径からなる円に対する弦を形成する、前記装置。
[形態4]
前記ルーバー(16)が垂直方向から1°〜89°の角度で配置されている、形態1記載の装置。
[形態5]
前記ルーバー(16)が垂直方向から10°〜30°の角度で配置されている、形態4記載の装置。
[形態6]
前記開口(14)が上縁及び下縁を有し、ルーバー(16)が前縁(18)から後縁(20)までの長さを有し、ルーバー(16)の長さが、少なくともルーバー(16)で覆われる開口(14)の下縁までの距離、ルーバー(16)の後縁(20)を延ばすに十分長い、形態1記載の装置。
[形態7]
前記開口(14)が側縁を有し、ルーバー(16)が側縁を有し、前記装置が一対の伸長部(26)を更に含み、各伸長部(26)がルーバー(16)の1つの縁及び前面(12)に取付けられる、形態1記載の装置。
[形態8]
剛性を付与するためにダクト(10)内に配置された支持棒を更に含む、形態1記載の装置。
[形態9]
前記垂直の入口ダクト(10)がほぼ台形の横断面を有する形態1記載の装置。
[形態10]
垂直の入口ダクト(10)がほぼ長方形の横断面を有する形態1記載の装置。
Claims (6)
- 流体を交叉流反応器に導く装置であって、
前面(12)、2つの側面(22)、及び後面(24)を有する、垂直に延びる入口ダクト(10)を備え、前面(12)が2つの側面間で、ある深さに陥凹し、前面(12)が、開口(14)を有するプレート、及び前面から外側へ広がるルーバー(16)を含むルーバー付きの構造により構成され、ルーバー(16)が前縁(18)及び後縁(20)を有し、ルーバーの前縁(18)が少なくとも1つの開口(14)より上の位置でプレートに取付けられ、ルーバーの後縁(20)がプレートから離間し下方へ延び、
前記装置は放射状反応器に用いられ、放射状反応器が反応容器(40)内に配置された内部反応帯域を有し、前面(12)及び後面(24)が湾曲した構造をなし、前面(12)の曲率半径が反応器の固体粒子帯域の半径と等しく、後面(24)の曲率半径が反応容器(40)の半径と等しい、前記装置。 - 前記ルーバー(16)が垂直方向から1°〜89°の角度で配置されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ルーバー(16)が垂直方向から10°〜30°の角度で配置されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記開口(14)が上縁及び下縁を有し、ルーバー(16)が前縁(18)から後縁(20)までの長さを有し、ルーバー(16)の長さが、少なくともルーバー(16)で覆われる開口(14)の下縁までの距離、ルーバー(16)の後縁(20)を延ばすに十分長い、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記開口(14)が側縁を有し、ルーバー(16)が側縁を有し、前記装置が一対の伸長部(26)を更に含み、各伸長部(26)がルーバー(16)の1つの縁及び前面(12)に取付けられる、請求項1記載の装置。
- 剛性を付与するためにダクト(10)内に配置された支持棒を更に含む、請求項1記載の装置。
