- 차량의 속도를 감속시켜 안전사고를 방지하도록 노면으로부터 일정 높이로 돌출된 과속방지턱에 있어서,상기 과속방지턱은, 노면에 매설되게 설치되는 프레임(10)의 상부에 장착되는 플레이트판(20)과, 상기 플레이트판(20)의 저부에 구비되어 차량의 하중 및 속도에 따라 동작되면서 상기 플레이트판(20)을 승,하강시키는 실린더부재로 구성되고,상기 플레이트판(20)은 상기 프레임(10)의 양측 상부에 일측이 각각 힌지결합되는 제1회동판(22) 및 제2회동판(24)과, 상기 제1회동판(22)과 제2회동판(24)의 타측을 상호 연결하고 저면에 상기 실린더부재가 장착되는 수평연결판(26)으로 구성되고,상기 제1회동판(22)의 일측이 상기 프레임(10)에 형성된 가이드홈(12)에 슬라이딩되면서 상기 플레이트판(20)이 승,하강되며,상기 실린더부재는, 상기 플레이트판(20)의 저부에 연결되어 상기 플레이트판(20)을 승,하강시키는 유압실린더(50)와, 상기 유압실린더(50)의 내부에 상기 플레이트판(20)의 상승을 위해 피스톤(51)을 탄성력으로 가압하는 탄성스프링(55)과, 상기 유압실린더(50)의 외주면에 상기 피스톤(51)의 승,하강시 상기 유압실린더(50) 내부의 유체흐름을 안내하도록 상기 피스톤(51)에 의해 분할된 상기 유압실린더(50)의 제1실린더관(52)과 제2실린더관(53)을 상호 연결시키는 유체이동로(57)와, 상기 유체이동로(57)에 설치되어 유체의 이동량을 조절하기 위한 조절밸브(59)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동식 과속방지턱.
