- 상부 및 하부 주형을 동시에 제조하기 위한 조형기에 있어서, 주형틀이 수직 평면 내에서 선회이동하여 다른 주형틀에 대하여 접근 및 이반(離反) 가능하며 또한 상기 각각의 주형을 유지하도록 2개의 주형틀을 구비하는 주형틀 유닛으로서,각각이 주형이 조형되는 개구를 규정함과 동시에, 상기 개구 내로 주물사를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 공급구를 갖는 2개의 본체와,이들 2개의 본체의 중심선 상에 위치하여 서로 마주보도록 설치되며, 또한 하나의 상기 주형틀을 다른 주형틀에 일체적으로 연결하여, 이들 2개의 상기 주형틀을 서로 근접 및 이격 가능하게 양 단부에서 지지하기에 적합한 한 쌍의 연결 로드(connecting arms)에 대해, 상기 주형틀들을 장착시키도록 각각의 본체에 각각 일체로 설치된 2개의 장착부재를 구비하며,상기 각 본체 또는 각 장착부재는 상기 주형틀의 외부에서의 액추에이터로부터의 힘 또는 힘들이 상기 주형틀에 전달될 수 있도록 상기 액추에이터와 걸림 결합하기 위한 걸림결합부재(engaging member)를 구비하는, 주형틀 유닛.

- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 틀 부착 조형기는,상기 패턴 플레이트를 상기 상부 주형틀과 상기 하부 주형틀 사이에 대해 반입 및 반출시키는 제 1 반송수단과,상기 상부 압축부재 및 하부 압축부재를 가지며, 상기 상부 주형틀 및 하부 주형틀과 상기 패턴 플레이트가 수직상태가 되는 위치와 수평상태가 되는 위치 사이를 수직면 내에서 정방향 및 역방향으로 회전가능하게 지지한 압축수단과,상기 압축수단을 정방향 및 역방향으로 회전시키는 회전구동수단과,상기 회전구동수단의 구동에 의해, 수직상태에 있는 상기 상부 및 하부 주형틀에 대해 상기 모래 공급구로부터 주물사를 충전하는 충전수단과,상기 상부 및 하부 주형틀 유닛을 상기 압축수단에 대해 반입 및 반출시키고, 상기 상부 주형틀을 승강시키는 제 2 반송수단을 구비하는, 조형 방법.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 주형틀 유닛에 의해 상기 패턴 플레이트를 끼워 지지시킨 상태에서, 상기 상부 압축부재 및 하부 압축부재는, 상기 상부 및 하부 주형틀에서의 상기 패턴 플레이트와는 반대되는 측의 대응하는 상기 개구부에 대해 삽입 및 분리가능한, 조형 방법.
