Claims (12)
- 모터 제너레이터와 변속기를 갖고 구동계를 구성한 차량에 있어서,액셀 개방 조작을 수반하는 코스트(coast)시, 드라이버에 의한 코스트 감속도 요구의 강약 의도를 판단하여 코스트 감속도 요구가 강할수록 목표 코스트 감속도를 큰 값으로 하여 연산하는 목표 코스트 감속도 연산 수단과,상기 목표 코스트 감속도 연산 수단에 의해 연산된 목표 코스트 감속도의 대소 조정을 상기 모터 제너레이터의 토크 제어에 의해 실현하는 코스트 감속 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표 코스트 감속도 연산 수단은,코스트 감속도 요구의 드라이버 의도를 나타내는 파라미터에 의해 코스트 감속도 보정 계수를 산출하는 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단과,상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수와 액셀 개방시의 목표 구동력을 기초로 하는 코스트시 목표 구동력을 산출하는 코스트시 목표 구동력 산출 수단을 갖고,상기 코스트 감속 제어 수단은,상기 코스트시 목표 구동력과 상기 변속기의 변속비를 기초로 모터 제너레이터의 요구 토크를 산출하는 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크 산출 수단과,상기 산출된 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크를 얻는 모터 제너레이터 토크 지령을 상기 모터 제너레이터에 출력하는 모터 제너레이터 출력 수단을 갖는 것을 특징 으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 액셀 개방으로부터 브레이크 답입(depression)까지의 소요 시간이 설정 시간 이내이면 드라이버가 코스트 감속도를 강하게 하고자 하는 의도가 있다고 판단하여, 상기 소요 시간이 짧을수록 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 브레이크 답입시의 브레이크 답입력 상당치를 검출하여, 브레이크 답입력 상당치가 클수록 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 브레이크 답입 후 브레이크를 개방하고, 또한 액셀 개방도가 설정 개방도 이상이 된 후 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 액셀 개방으로부터 재액셀 답입까지의 소요 시간이 설정 시간 이내이면 드라이버가 코스트 감속도를 약하게 하고자 하는 의도가 있다고 판단하여, 상기 소요 시간이 짧을수록 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 재액셀 답입시의 액셀 개방도를 검출하여, 액셀 개방도가 클수록 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코스트 감속도 보정 계수 산출 수단은 액셀을 개방하는 액셀 개방 속도가 규정치 이상, 또한 차량이 가속 상태인 경우, 드라이버가 코스트 감속도를 강하게 하고자 하는 의도가 있다고 판단하여, 상기 액셀 개방 속도가 클수록 코스트 감속도 보정 계수의 값을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 상류측으로부터 엔진과, 제1 클러치와, 모터 제너레이터와, 변속기와, 구동륜을 차례로 배열함으로써 하이브리드 구동계를 구성한 하이브리드 차량으로 하고,주행 모드로서, 상기 제1 클러치를 체결하고 엔진 및 모터 제너레이터를 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 하이브리드 차 주행 모드와, 상기 제1 클러치를 개방하고 상기 모터 제너레이터만을 동력원으로 하여 주행하는 전기 자동차 주행 모드를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속기를, 변속비를 무단계로 제어할 수 있는 무단 변 속기로 하고,상기 코스트 감속 제어 수단은,상기 코스트시 목표 구동력과 상기 변속기의 변속비에 의해 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크를 산출하는 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크 산출 수단과,상기 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크가 모터 제너레이터 토크 제한치를 넘는 경우, 모터 제너레이터 토크 제한치를 얻는 모터 제너레이터 토크 지령을 상기 모터 제너레이터에 출력하는 모터 제너레이터 출력 수단과,상기 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크와 모터 제너레이터 토크 제한치와의 차이만큼의 구동력을 보충하기 위한 변속비를 산출하여 그 변속비가 되는 변속기 입력 회전수를 목표 회전수로 하는 지령을 상기 무단 변속기에 출력하는 무단 변속기 출력 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 모터 제너레이터와 변속기를 갖고 구동계를 구성한 차량에 있어서,액셀 개방 조작을 수반하는 코스트시, 드라이버에 의한 코스트 감속도 요구의 강약 의도를 판단하여, 코스트 감속도 요구가 강할수록 큰 값에 의한 목표 코스트 감속도를 연산하고, 목표 코스트 감속도의 대소 조정을 상기 모터 제너레이터의 토크 제어에 의해 실현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표 코스트 감속도 연산 수단은,드라이버에 의한 코스트 감속도 요구도 및 액셀 개방시의 목표 구동력을 기 초로 코스트시의 목표 구동력을 산출하는 코스트시 목표 구동력 산출 수단을 갖고,상기 코스트 감속 제어 수단은,상기 코스트시 목표 구동력과 상기 변속기의 변속비를 기초로 모터 제너레이터의 요구 토크를 산출하는 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크 산출 수단과,상기 산출된 모터 제너레이터 요구 토크를 얻는 모터 제너레이터 토크 지령을 상기 모터 제너레이터에 출력하는 모터 제너레이터 출력 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
