Claims (23)
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행하는 차량으로서,상기 구동축에 제동력을 부여 가능하게 설치된 전동기와,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 검출 수단과,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 목표 감속량 설정 수단과,상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하는 제동력을 상기 구동축에 부여하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 전동기 운전 상태 설정 수단과,상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하도록 제어하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 제어 수단과,상기 액셀 유닛과는 별도로 설치되어, 해당 차량의 운전자가 상기 전동기에 의한 제동시의 감속량을 지시하기 위한 조작부와,해당 조작부의 조작에 따라, 상기 액셀 유닛의 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량의 설정 범위를 변경하는 변경 수단을 구비하는, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단에 있어서의 상기 관계는 상기 조작량이 작아짐에 따라 감속량이 커지는 관계인, 차량.
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행하는 차량으로서,상기 구동축에 제동력을 부여 가능하게 설치된 전동기와,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 검출 수단과,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 목표 감속량 설정 수단과,상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하는 제동력을 상기 구동축에 부여하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 전동기 운전 상태 설정 수단과,상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하도록 제어하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 제어 수단과,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단에 있어서의 상기 관계는 상기 조작량에 반비례하여 감속량이 작아지는 관계인, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단에 있어서의 상기 관계는, 상기 조작량이 값 0이라고 간주할 수 있는 상태에서의 감속량이 그 밖의 상태에서의 감속량 보다도 의미 있게 큰 값으로 되어 있는 관계인, 차량.
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행하는 차량으로서,상기 구동축에 제동력을 부여 가능하게 설치된 전동기와,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 검출 수단과,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 목표 감속량 설정 수단과,상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하는 제동력을 상기 구동축에 부여하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 전동기 운전 상태 설정 수단과,상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하도록 제어하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 제어 수단과,기계적 마찰력을 이용한 제동 기구를 구비하고,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단에 있어서의 상기 관계는, 상기 전동기에 의한 감속량이 상기 제동 기구의 작동시에는 비작동시보다도 커지도록, 해당 제동 기구의 작동 상태에 따라 설정된 관계인, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,해당 차량의 차속를 검출하는 차속 검출 수단를 구비하고,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단은 상기 조작량과 상기 차속에 기초하여 상기 목표 감속량을 설정하는 수단인, 차량.
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행하는 차량으로서,상기 구동축에 제동력을 부여 가능하게 설치된 전동기와,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 검출 수단과,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 목표 감속량 설정 수단과,상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하는 제동력을 상기 구동축에 부여하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 전동기 운전 상태 설정 수단과,상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하도록 제어하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 제어 수단을 구비하고, 또한,제동력을 부여할 때의 변속비를 복수 선택 가능한 변속기를, 상기 전동기와 구동축 사이에 구비함과 동시에,상기 목표 감속량을 상기 전동기의 토크로 실현 가능해지는 목표 변속비를 선택하는 선택 수단과,상기 변속기를 제어하여 해당 목표 변속비를 실현하는 변속 제어 수단을 구비하는, 차량.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단은 상기 조작량과 상기 변속비에 기초하여 상기 목표 감속량을 설정하는 수단인, 차량.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 목표 감속량 설정 수단에 있어서의 상기 관계는, 상기 조작량에 따른 감속량의 변경 범위가 상기 변속기의 변속비를 일정하게 유지한 채로 실현 가능한 범위로 되어 있는 관계인, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원으로서 상기 전동기와 엔진을 구비하는, 차량.

- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스위치 및 제 2 스위치는 해당 차량의 스티어링 조작부에 설치되어 있는, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조작부는 미리 설치된 슬라이드 홈에 따라서 레버를 슬라이드시킴으로써 상기 감속량을 지시할 수 있는 기구인, 차량.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 조작부는 해당 레버의 슬라이드에 의해 감속량의 설정을 연속적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 기구인, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력원으로부터 출력되는 동력의 변속비를 복수 선택 가능한 변속기와,상기 차량의 주행 중에 선택 가능한 변속비의 범위를 나타내는 시프트 포지션을 입력하기 위한 시프트 레버를 구비하고,상기 조작부는 해당 시프트 레버와 공통의 기구로서 구비되어 있는, 차량.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 조작부는, 차량의 주행 중에 상기 시프트 레버를 슬라이드시키기 위한 슬라이드 홈과, 상기 감속량을 지시할 때에 상기 시프트 레버를 슬라이드시키기 위한 슬라이드 홈이 직렬적으로 설치되어 있는, 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 감속량의 설정 상태에 관한 정보를 운전자에게 제공하는 정보 제공 유닛을 구비하는, 차량.
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행하는 차량으로서,상기 구동축에 제동력을 부여 가능하게 설치된 전동기와,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 검출 수단과,해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 목표 감속량 설정 수단과,상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하는 제동력을 상기 구동축에 부여하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 전동기 운전 상태 설정 수단과,상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하도록 제어하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 제어 수단을 구비하고, 또한,상기 전동기에 의한 제동력을 상기 구동축으로 전달하는 경로 상에, 2개의 회전 부재간의 미끄러짐을 이용하여 토크와 회전수를 변환하면서 동력을 전달하는 기구와, 해당 2개의 회전 부재의 상대적 회전을 로크하여 동력을 직접 전달 가능한 로크 기구를 갖는 토크 컨버터를 갖고,상기 액셀 유닛의 조작량이, 미리 설정된 소정치 이하인 경우에는, 상기 토크 컨버터의 상기 회전 부재간의 미끄러짐을 억제하는 소정의 상태가 되도록 상기 로크 기구를 제어하는 로크 기구 제어 수단을 구비하는, 차량.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 상태는 상기 2개의 회전 부재의 상대적 회전을 로크하는 상태인, 차량.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 소정치는 상기 제동을 개시해야 할 조작량보다도 작은 범위로 설정된 값인, 차량.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 전동기에 의한 제동력을 상기 구동축에 전달하는 변속비를 복수 선택 가능한 변속기와,해당 변속기가 선택 가능한 변속비의 범위를 지시하는 시프트 포지션 입력 수단과,상기 구동축에 기계적 마찰력에 의해 제동력을 부여하는 기계적 제동 기구를 구비하고,상기 제어 수단은, 해당 기계적 제동 기구가 조작되고 있는 경우에는, 상기 시프트 포지션 입력 수단에 의해 지시된 범위를 넘은 큰 변속비를 선택하는 것을 허용하여, 상기 변속비도 제어하는 수단인, 차량.
- 액셀 유닛의 조작에 의해 동력원으로부터 구동축에 출력되는 동력을 조정하여 주행함과 동시에, 전동기의 토크에 의해 제동 가능한 차량의 운전을 제어하는 제어 방법에 있어서,(a) 해당 차량의 운전자가 상기 전동기에 의한 제동시의 감속량을 지시하기 위한 조작부로서, 상기 액셀 유닛과는 별도로 설치된 조작부의 조작을 검출하는 공정과,(b) 해당 조작부의 조작에 따라 차량의 목표 감속량의 설정 범위를 변경하는 공정과,(c) 상기 액셀 유닛의 조작량을 검출하는 공정과,(d) 해당 액셀 유닛의 조작량이 소정치 이하인 경우에, 조작량과 감속량에 대하여 미리 정한 관계에 기초하여, 해당 조작량에 따른 차량의 목표 감속량을 설정하는 공정과,(e) 상기 설정된 목표 감속량을 실현하기 위한 상기 전동기의 목표 운전 상태를 설정하는 공정과,(f) 상기 전동기를 상기 목표 운전 상태에서 운전하여 해당 차량의 제동을 행하는 공정을 구비하는 제어 방법.
