Description
Claims (14)
- 열펌프용 병류 열교환기이며,입구 헤더로의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 입구 개구와, 상기 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 복수의 출구 개구들을 갖는 입구 헤더와,병렬 관계로 정렬되고, 상기 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위해 상기 복수의 출구 개구들에 유체 연결되는 복수의 채널들과,상기 입구 헤더 내부에 배치되고, 일단부에서 상기 입구 개구에 유체 연결되는 튜브로서, 상기 입구 헤더의 길이만큼 연장되고, 상기 튜브로부터 상기 입구 헤더로의 냉매의 유동을 안내하기 위해 내부에 형성되는 복수의 개구들을 갖는 튜브와,상기 입구 개구 근처에 배치되는 바이플로우 팽창 장치로서, 냉각 모드 상태에서 액체 냉매를 상기 튜브로의 유입 전에 2-상 상태로 팽창시키거나, 또는 가열 모드 상태에서 상기 튜브를 통과하지 않고 상기 입구 헤더로부터 상기 바이플로우 팽창 장치로 직접 냉매가 유동하는 것을 허용하도록 선택적으로 작동하게 구성되어 있는 바이플로우 팽창 장치를 포함하는 병류 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상이한 크기를 갖는 개구들을 포함하는 병류 열교환기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상이한 크기를 갖는 개구들은 상기 튜브의 하류 단부를 향할수록 더 커지는 병류 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들의 개수는 상기 복수의 채널들의 개수와 동일한 병류 열교환기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상기 복수의 채널들의 각각의 축과 정렬되는 각자의 축을 갖는 병류 열교환기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상기 복수의 채널들의 각각의 축에 대해 수직으로 정렬되는 축을 갖는 병류 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 A-코일을 포함하고,제2 입구 헤더로의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 입구 개구와, 제2 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 복수의 출구 개구들을 갖는 제2 입구 헤더와,병렬 관계로 정렬되고, 상기 제2 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위해 상기 복수의 출구 개구들에 유체 연결되는 복수의 채널들과,제2 입구 헤더 내부에 배치되고, 일단부에서 상기 입구 개구에 유체 연결되는 튜브로서, 상기 제2 입구 헤더의 길이만큼 연장되고, 상기 제2 입구 헤더로의 냉매의 유동을 안내하기 위해 내부에 형성되는 복수의 개구들을 갖는 튜브와,상기 입구 개구 근처에 배치되는 제2 바이플로우 팽창 장치로서, 냉각 모드 상태에서 액체 냉매를 상기 튜브로의 유입 전에 2-상 상태로 팽창시키거나, 또는 가열 모드 상태에서 상기 튜브를 통과하지 않고 상기 제2 헤더로부터 상기 제2 바이플로우 팽창 장치로 직접 냉매가 유동하는 것을 허용하도록 선택적으로 작동하게 구성되어 있는 제2 바이플로우 팽창 장치를 포함하는 병류 열교환기.
- 냉각 모드 작동시에 열펌프 열교환기의 입구 헤더로부터 유체 연결되는 복수의 병렬 미세 채널들로의 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하고, 가열 모드 작동시에 입구 헤더의 일부를 우회하는 방법이며,입구 단부와, 하류 단부와, 입구 단부와 하류 단부 사이에 복수의 개구들을 갖는 튜브를 형성하는 단계와,냉매가, 상기 복수의 병렬 미세 채널들로 유입되기 전에, 상기 입구 단부에 유입되어 상기 튜브를 통과하고 상기 복수의 개구들을 빠져나가 상기 입구 헤더 내로 유동하도록 하기 위해, 상기 튜브가 상기 입구 헤더의 길이만큼 연장하도록 상기 튜브를 상기 입구 헤더 내부에 장착하는 단계와,상기 입구 단부 근처에 배치되는 팽창 장치를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 팽창 장치는 냉각 모드 작동시에 액체 냉매를 상기 입구 헤더로의 유입 전에 2-상 상태로 팽창시키도록 작동하고, 가열 모드 작동시에 상기 튜브를 통과하지 않고 상기 입구 헤더로부터 상기 팽창 장치로 직접 냉매를 유동시키도록 작동하게 구성되어 있는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상이한 크기를 갖는 개구들을 포함하는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 상이한 크기를 갖는 개구들은 상기 튜브의 하류 단부를 향할수록 더 커지는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들의 개수는 상기 복수의 채널들의 개수와 동일한, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상기 복수의 채널들의 각각의 축과 정렬되는 각자의 축을 갖는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 개구들은 상기 복수의 채널들의 각각의 축에 대해 수직으로 정렬되는 축을 갖는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 A-코일을 포함하고,제2 입구 헤더로의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 입구 개구와, 상기 제2 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위한 복수의 출구 개구들을 갖는 제2 입구 헤더와,병렬 관계로 정렬되고, 상기 제2 입구 헤더로부터의 유체의 유동을 안내하기 위해 상기 복수의 출구 개구들에 유체 연결되는 복수의 채널들과,제2 입구 헤더 내부에 배치되고, 일단부에서 상기 입구 개구에 유체 연결되는 튜브로서, 상기 제2 입구 헤더의 길이만큼 연장되고, 상기 제2 입구 헤더로의 냉매의 유동을 안내하기 위해 내부에 형성되는 복수의 개구들을 갖는 튜브와,상기 입구 개구 근처에 있는 제2 팽창 장치로서, 냉각 모드 작동시에 액체 냉매를 상기 튜브로의 유입 전에 2-상 상태로 팽창시키도록 작동하고, 가열 모드 작동시에 상기 튜브를 통과하지 않고 상기 제2 입구 헤더로부터 상기 제2 팽창 장치로 직접 냉매를 유동시키도록 작동하게 되어 있는 제2 팽창 장치를 포함하는, 균일한 냉매 유동을 촉진하는 방법.
