Claims (3)
- 인버터를 포함하는 부스터 펌프 시스템에 있어서,상기 인버터는입력전원에서 교류 전원을 공급받아 직류 전원으로 변환시키는 정류부와;상기 정류부에서 정류된 직류전원을 평활하는 평활용 커패시터와;PWM 발생부에서 신호를 받아 상기 평활용 커패시터에서 평활된 직류 전원을 가변 주파수-가변 전압의 교류전원으로 변환시키는 인버터부와;상기 인버터부의 출력전원을 검출하는 전류센서와;PID 제어기와;상기 PID 제어기에서 출력된 펌프 지령 회전수에 따라 인버터의 출력전압을 결정하는 V/f 제어기와;,상기 인버터부에 연결된 상기 전류센서에서 검출한 3상 전류를 2상 전류로 변환시키는 3상/2상 변환기와;,연산부 및 캐비테이션 검출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 부스터 펌프 시스템
- 펌프가 TCV의 설정 운전 회전수(ωe_TCV_set) 이상으로 운전하고 있는지를 판단하여( ωe ≥ωe_TCV_set), 펌프가 설정 운전 회전수(ωe_TCV_set)이상으로 운전하고 있으면 S2 단계로 진행시키고, 펌프가 설정 운전 회전수 이하로 운전하면 S8단계를 수행시키도록 하는 S1 단계;S2 단계에서 연산한 인버터의 출력전력(Pout)이 TCV의 설정 전력(PTCV_set)보다 작은 지를 판단하는 S3 단계;펌프의 TCV 유지시간 (TTCV)를 증가 시키는 S4 단계;펌프의 TCV 유지시간 (TTCV)이 설정시간(Tset)에 도달했는지를 판단하는 S5 단계;펌프 시스템의 TCV 유지시간 (TTCV)이 설정된 시간(Tset)에 도달했으므로 캐비테이션 상태가 발생했다고 판단하고, 이때 TCV 유지시간 (TTCV)은 0으로 리셋하는 S6 단계; 및펌프의 캐비테이션 상태(TCV)가 발생했으므로 펌프의 운전을 정지시키고 경보를 알리는 S7 단계(ωe = 0 )를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 부스터 펌프 시스템의 캐비테이션 검출 방법
