Claims (6)
- 기준 전압을 출력하는 기준 전압 발생부;상기 기준 전압 발생부로부터 출력되는 기준 전압을 기준으로 수위 검출용 압력 센서로부터 출력되는 양(+) 전압과 음(-) 전압의 차전압(Vdiff)을 차동 반전 증폭하여 전압 신호로 출력하는 차동 증폭회로와 상기 차동 증폭회로로부터 출력되는 전압 신호를 분압하는 전압 분배회로를 구비한 신호 처리부;상기 기준 전압 발생부로부터 출력되는 기준 전압을 기준으로 상기 신호 처리부로의 상기 전압 분배회로로부터 제공된 분배 전압 회로를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 AD 컨버터부; 및상기 AD 컨버터부로부터 출력되는 디지털 전압 신호 중에서 사용자가 설정하는 임의의 출력 전압을 영점과 스판점으로 각각 저장하고, 상기 저장된 영점과 스판점 사이의 임의의 수위에서 출력되는 상기 압력 센서의 출력 전압을 산출하여 출력하는 제어부를 포함하고,상기 기준 전압을 상기 신호 처리부와 상기 AD 컨버터부에 동시에 인가하여 상기 압력 센서가 갖는 영점 오프셋 전압과 상관없이 상기 신호 처리부로부터 출력되는 전압 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수위 측정 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 상기 압력 센서와 상기 차동 증폭회로 사이의 임피던스 차이가 보정되도록 하는 초단 증폭부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수위 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차동 증폭회로는 상기 압력 센서의 (+) 출력 단자가 (-) 입력 단자에 연결되고, 압력 센서의 (-) 출력 단자와 상기 기준 전압 발생부의 출력단이 (+) 입력 단자에 연결되어 상기 압력 센서의 출력 차전압을 차동 반전 증폭하여 전압 신호로 출력하는 오피 앰프; 및상기 오피 앰프의 (+), (-)입력 단자에 연결되어 상기 오피 앰프의 증폭비를 결정하는 다수의 저항을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수위 측정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전압 분배회로는 상기 차동 증폭회로로부터 출력되는 전압 신호가 분압되도록 미리 설정된 저항비를 갖는 다수의 저항으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수위 측정 장치.
