Claims (4)
- 액체를 수용하는 액실과, 상기 액실에 연통되는 복수의 노즐이 형성된 노즐 플레이트 및 배출 포트를 갖고, 상기 노즐로부터 액적을 분사하는 액적 분사 도포 헤드와,상기 액실에 공급하는 액체를 수용하고 상기 액실에 연통되는 탱크를 구비하고,상기 액적 분사 도포 헤드와 상기 탱크가 연결 부재에 의해 연결되고,상기 연결 부재는 상기 탱크의 상대 위치를 회전 가능하게 고정하는 회전축을 갖고 있으며, 그 회전축의 축 주위로 상기 액적 분사 도포 헤드를 180도 회전시킨 경우에, 상기 배출 포트의 방향과 서로 다른 소정의 방향으로부터 상기 회전 전에 상기 배출 포트가 향하고 있던 방향으로 상기 노즐 플레이트의 방향이 이동하는 회전식 커플링을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 분사 도포 헤드 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탱크 내의 액체가 상기 액실에 공급되는 공급로 중에 필터가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 분사 도포 헤드 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 액적 분사 도포 헤드 모듈을 지지하는 지지부와,상기 노즐로부터 분사되는 상기 액적이 도포되는 피도포체를 보유 지지하는 보유 지지부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액적 분사 도포 장치.
- 제3항에 기재된 액적 분사 도포 장치를 이용하여, 액적을 분사하여 피도포체에 도포하는 도포 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포체의 제조 방법.
