Claims (13)
- 2개의 관(600)을 연결하는 조인트 장치(10)에 있어서,상기 2개의 관(600)의 연결부를 감싸도록 연결되게 내주면 중심을 따라 형성되어 누수 방지를 위한 가스켓(200)이 안착되는 제 1 홈(110); 및상기 제 1 홈(110)을 중심으로 상기 제 1 홈(110)의 양측면과 소정간격 이격되도록 형성되어 상기 관(600)의 이탈을 방지하고, 상기 관(600)에 가해지는 충격을 흡수하기 위한 복수의 그립링(300)이 안착하되, 상기 복수의 그립링(300)은 각각 4개 내지 12개로 분할되고, 상기 4개 내지 12개로 분할된 그립링(300)이 삽입 대응되도록 복수의 격벽(121)을 갖는 제 2 홈(120)을 구비한 조인트 하우징(100)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.

- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 조인트 하우징(100)은 2개 내지 4개로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 복수의 조인트 하우징(100)은 볼트(400)와 너트(500)를 사용하여 상기 관(600)의 외경에 맞추어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 볼트(400)는 회전 방지턱(410)이 있는 트랙 볼트(400)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 너트(500)는 육각 너트(500)인 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스켓(200)은 고무, 실리콘 또는 우레탄 재질의 패킹인 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 그립링(300)의 재질은 인장강도가 40kgf/cm2 내지 90kgf/cm2이고, 니켈이 0.1 중량% 내지 1.1 중량%, 망간이 0.1 중량% 내지 1.2 중량% 및 규소가 0.1 중량% 내지 0.5 중량% 함유된 탄소강인 것을 특징으로 하는 그립형 관연결 조인트 장치.
