Claims (8)
- 다수의 게이트 라인 및 상기 다수의 게이트 라인과 행렬 형태로 교차되도록 형성된 다수의 데이터 라인, 상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인간에 격자 배열된 일정 영역에 형성되며, 상기 게이트 라인 및 상기 데이터 라인에 연결되어 있는 다수의 화소부가 포함되어 있는 LCD 패널;상기 다수의 데이터 라인에 화상 데이터에 따른 계조 전압을 인가하는 데이터 구동부; 및상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 주사 신호를 순차적으로 인가하는 게이트 구동부를 포함하며,상기 화소부는,상기 게이트 라인을 통해 인가되는 주사 신호에 의해 턴온되어 상기 데이터 라인을 통해 인가되는 계조 전압을 전달하는 제1 트랜지스터;상기 제1 트랜지스터를 통해 전달되는 계조 전압을 충전시켜 화소 전압을 생성하는 제1 커패시터;전단 게이트 라인을 통해 인가되는 주사 신호에 의해 턴온되어 제2 및 제3 전압을 전달하는 제2 및 제3 트랜지스터; 및상기 제2 및 제3 트랜지스터를 통해 전달되는 상기 제2 및 제3 전압의 차이를 충전하여 보조 전압을 생성하는 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.

- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는,하나의 화소열을 이루고 있는 각각의 화소에 서로 다른 극성을 가지는 계조 전압을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동부는,하나의 화소열을 이루고 있는 각각의 화소에 동일 극성을 가지는 계조 전압을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제4 항 또는 제5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 및 제3 트랜지스터의 소스 단자는 공통 전극 전압 단자 또는 전단 데이터 라인 또는 보조 데이터 라인과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 전압은 공통 전압이고, 상기 제3 전압은 전단 데이터 라인에 인가되는 데이터 전압인 액정 표시 장치.
