Claims (8)
- 게이트라인;상기 게이트라인과 직교하는 방향으로 형성된 데이터라인;상기 데이터라인과 나란한 방향으로 상기 게이트라인과 직교하는 파워라인;직렬로 연결되고 채널면적이 서로 다른 복수의 트랜지스터들로 이루어지며, 상기 게이트라인에 응답하여 상기 데이터라인에 인가된 신호를 전달하는 스위칭트랜지스터;상기 스위칭트랜지스터로부터 출력된 신호를 드라이빙하기 위한 드라이빙트랜지스터;상기 드라이빙트랜지스터로부터 출력된 신호에 의해 발광하는 유기발광다이오드; 및일측이 상기 드라이빙트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 연결되고, 타측이 상기 파워라인에 연결된 스토리지캐패시터를 포함하고,상기 스토리지캐패시터는 상기 스위칭트랜지스터가 온(On) 상태일 때, 상기 스위칭트랜지스터로부터 출력된 신호와 상기 파워라인을 통해 전달된 신호에 응답하여 충전동작을 수행하고, 상기 스위칭트랜지스터가 오프(Off) 상태일 때, 방전동작을 수행하여 상기 드라이빙트랜지스터의 동작을 유지시켜주는 유기발광표시장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스위칭트랜지스터 및 상기 드라이빙트랜지스터는 동일한 도전형의 채널을 갖는 유기발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스위칭트랜지스터 및 상기 드라이빙트랜지스터는 NMOS 또는 PMOS인 유기발광표시장치.
