Claims (3)
- 상백피 8.00 내지 13.00 중량%에 유근피 1.40 내지 2.00 중량%, 압척초 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 노근 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 두충 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 감초 0.02 내지 0.04 중량%를 첨가해서 혼합하여 압력솥에 넣고 여기에 물 83.18 내지 88.16 중량%를 넣어 3시간 끓인 후 1차로 내부압력을 빼내고, 다시 30분간 끓여서 2차로 내부압력을 빼낸 후 1시간을 더 끓여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 뽕즙.
- 상백피, 유근피, 압척초, 노근, 두충, 감초를 세척한 후, 각각 2~4cm의 길이로 절단하여 상기 절단된 각 재료의 조각들을 준비하는 재료 세척 및 절단단계;상기 각 재료들을 상백피 8.00 내지 13.00 중량%, 유근피 1.40 내지 2.00 중량%, 압척초 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 노근 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 두충 0.40 내지 1.00 중량%, 감초 0.02 내지 0.04 중량%의 혼합비율로 혼합하는 재료 혼합단계;상기 혼합물을 압력솥에 넣고 여기에 물 83.18 내지 88.16 중량%를 넣고 3시간 동안 1차로 끓인 후, 1차로 내부 압력을 빼내는 1차 추출 및 압력제거 단계;상기 1차 추출 및 압력제거 단계를 거친 혼합물을 다시 30분간 2차로 끓인 후, 2차로 내부압력을 빼내는 2차 추출 및 압력제거 단계;상기 2차 추출 및 압력제거 단계를 거친 혼합물을 1시간 더 끓이는 3차 추출 단계;상기 3차 추출 단계를 거친 후에 압력솥의 내부압력에 의해서 압력솥 내의 유효성분이 추출된 뽕즙액을 자동 포장하는 포장단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뽕즙의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1차 추출 및 압력제거 단계에서 혼합물을 부직포자루에 넣고, 상기 부직포자루를 압력솥에 넣은 후, 여기에 물을 넣어서 1차로 끓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 뽕즙의 제조방법.
