Claims (12)
- (a) 각각의 미세 니들이 유체 접근 개구를 갖는 미세 니들 어레이,(b) 어레이 위의 친수성 겔 물질 층,(c) 친수성 겔 물질 층 위의, 전도성 물질의 제1층,(d) 전도성 물질의 제1층과 이격되어 있는 전도성 물질의 제2층, 및(e) 전도성 물질의 제1층과 전도성 물질의 제2층 사이로 운반된 생물학적 유체 내의 분석물의 농도를 계산하기 위한 조절 유니트를 포함하고, 이때, 전도성 물질의 제1층이 다공성이고, 유체 접근 개구, 친수성 겔 물질의 층 및 전도성 물질의 제1층이 성분 운반 통로를 제공하게 되며, 유체 접근 개구에 존재하는 생물학적 유체가 전도성 물질의 제1층과 전도성 물질의 제2층 사이의 공간으로 운반되는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 물질의 제2 층 위에 절연성 물질 층을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세니들 어레이가 절연성 물질로 형성되거나 이에 의해 피복되는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 물질의 제1층과 제2층 사이에 하나 이상의 시약 물질의 층을 추가로 포함하고, 이때 전도성 물질의 제1층과 전도성 물질의 제2층 사이의 공간에 존재하는 생물학적 유체 성분 하나 이상이 상기 시약 물질 하나 이상과 화학적으로 반응하는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 시약 물질의 층이 전도성 물질의 제1층, 전도성 물질의 제2층 또는 이들 모두와 접촉하는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 물질의 제2층이 다공성인, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 다공성 전도성 물질의 제2층 위에 절연층을 추가로 포함하고, 이때 절연층 전반에 걸쳐 배기 홀(venting hole)을 갖는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접근되는 생물학적 유체가 간질 유체이고 측정되는 성분이 글루코즈인, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시약이 글루코즈 산화 효소 및 조정자 성분을 포함하는, 생 물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 효소가 글루코즈 옥시다제 및 글루코즈 데하이드로게나제로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 조정자 성분이 철시안화물(ferricyanide)인, 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세니들의 길이가 0.05 내지 500㎛인 생물학적 유체 성분 샘플링 및 농도 측정 장치.
