Claims (10)
- 수집된 폐용액에 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합한 침전제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 10.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 할로겐 및 금속을 침전 분리 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 수집된 폐스트립 용액에 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합한 침전제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 3.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 할로겐 및 금속을 침전 분리 제거하는 단계와;고분자 응집제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 4.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 고분자를 응집시킨 다음, 응집된 고분자와 용액을 분리, 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 수집된 폐에칭액에 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합한 침전제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 1.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 할로겐 및 금속을 침전 분리 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 수집된 폐세정액 또는 폐PR수지 용액에 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합한 침전제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 3.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 할로겐 및 금속을 침전 분리 제거하는 단계와;상기 할로겐 및 금속을 제거한 폐세정액 또는 폐PR수지 용액을 100 ~ 150℃에서 분별 증류하여 물이 포함된 저비점 유기용제(초류)를 회수하고, 계속해서 200 ~ 300℃에서 증류하여 고비점 유기용제를 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 수집된 폐PR수지 용액에 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합한 침전제를 상기 폐용액 중에 0.1 ~ 3.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 할로겐 및 금속을 침전 분리 제거하는 단계와;고분자 응집제를 상기 폐PR수지 용액 중에 0.1 ~ 4.0중량%로 포함되도록 첨가하여 고분자를 응집시킨 다음, 응집된 고분자와 용액을 분리, 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 분리, 회수된 용액을 세정제로 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 할로겐 및 금속이 침전 분리 제거된 용액을 이형제 또는 세정제로 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 침전제는 칼슘(Ca), 산화칼슘(CaO) 및 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2)을 혼합하여 사용하되, 1 : 1.5~3 : 1.5~3의 중량비로 혼합, 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 분리, 회수된 응집된 고분자 또는 용액을 재생연료로 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 회수된 저비점 유기용제(초류) 또는 고비점 유기용제를 재생연료로 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐용액의 재활용 방법.
