Description
Claims (14)
- 솔레노이드 밸브로서,밀봉 시이트를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 밸브 오리피스와;상기 밀봉 시이트를 개방 및 폐쇄하기 위해 상기 밀봉 시이트와 상호 작용하는 밸브 부재와;상기 밸브 부재에 부하를 제공하는 적어도 하나의 스프링 소자와;자심을 가지며, 상기 밸브 부재를 작동시키는 전자석; 및실질적으로 부하를 받지 않는 제로 위치에서, 상기 밀봉 시이트로부터 이격되어 설치되는 상기 밸브 부재 위에 작동 방향으로 작용하는 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자를 포함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자는 중공형이며, 상기 추가 스프링 소자의 한 단부는 상기 전자석의 자심에 고정되며 또한 상기 추가 스프링 소자의 다른 단부는 상기 밸브 부재에 부착되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자는 상기 작동 방향으로 축방향 탄성력을 제공하기 위해 밸브축에 대해 외부를 향해 방사방향으로 팽창 가능한 섹션을 포함하며,상기 추가 스프링 소자의 실질적으로 부하를 받지 않는 제로 위치는 밸브 행정의 한계 사이의 상기 밸브 부재 위치에 할당되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 소자 및 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자는 서로 평행하게 연결되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 전류가 공급되지 않는 상태에서 폐쇄되고 전류가 공급되면 개방되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 소자는 상기 밸브 부재를 상기 밀봉 시이트를 폐쇄하는 위치로 밀어내도록 구성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자가 상기 실질적으로 부하를 받지 않는 제로 위치로부터 벗어나는 경우, 상기 밸브 부재에 작용하는 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자의 힘은 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 소자의 폐쇄력보다 작으며 또한 상기 폐쇄력과 반대로 향하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전자석의 자심을 들러싸는 여자 코일; 및상기 밸브 부재를 형성하는 아마추어를 추가로 포함하고,상기 밀봉 시이트는 상기 전자석에 대향 배치되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 아마추어(50)상에 배치되는, 탄성 밀봉 소자 및 소음 댐핑 소자들 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자는 상기 전자석의 측면상에 지지되는 하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가 스프링 소자는, 적어도 축방향으로 탄성을 갖고 또한 상기 축방향으로 부하를 받는, 중공식 회전 대칭형 고무 성형 부품으로 형성되고, 상기 고무 성형 부품은 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 소자를 방사방향으로 둘러싸는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 아마추어는 아마추어 플레이트를 포함하며, 상기 고무 성형 부품은 외부를 향해 방사방향 팽창된 섹션을 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 성형 부품은 상기 자심상에 배치되는 단부측 오리피스와, 상기 오리피스가 고정되는 외주면과, 제 2 오리피스, 및 상기 제 2 오리피스의 에지에서 상기 아마추어 플레이트에 평행하게 고정되는 링 섹션을 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 성형 부품은 상기 아마추어와 상기 자심을 고정하는 단부측 오리피스를 포함하며, 상기 아마추어와 상기 자심은 각각 실린더형 핀으로서 형성되는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 성형 부품은 중공 실린더형으로 형성되고, 상기 아마추어와 상기 자심 사이에 상기 고무 성형 부품의 다른 영역보다 얇은 벽두께를 갖는 영역을 포함하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 차량에서 탱크 환기를 위한 탱크 환기 밸브로서 작동하는 솔레노이드 밸브.
