Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于带内屏蔽通风口电动机的电磁启闭内屏蔽组件，是由内附并行排列的多条斜向通风导流板的屏蔽塞和位置可调的安装卡板组成内屏蔽构件，结合电磁阀门组成带电磁启闭的内屏蔽组件。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于带内屏蔽通风口电动机的电磁启闭内屏蔽组件。
背景技术
现代通用的交流异步电动机，为散发运行中不断产生的热量，在一些环境相对洁净的场合，往往采取开启式结构解决内部的散热问题，但多数场合使用的电动机，一般不允许使用开启式结构，仅靠转子两端附带的风齿搅动机体内部的空气流动为转子散热，同时在封闭的机体一端加装外风扇，为电机整体散热。我们申报的专利技术《带内屏蔽通风口的高效节能电动机》，因为通风口的作用大大强化了电动机内部散热的能力，把封闭式电动机的散热能力，提高到接近开启式电动机的水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的，就是为上述带内屏蔽通风口的电动机提供一种电磁启闭的内屏蔽组件。
实现本发明的技术措施，是由内附并行排列的多条斜向通风导流板的屏蔽塞（图1）和位置可调的安装卡板（图2）组成内屏蔽构件（图3），结合电磁阀门组成带电磁启闭的内屏蔽组件。

1为屏蔽塞体；2为斜向通风导流板；3为位置可调的安装卡板；4为受电磁铁5和弹簧6推拉控制启闭的阀门。
具体实施方式：
以下结合附图进一步描述本发明具体的实施方式：
实施例一：
图3是屏蔽塞和位置可调的安装卡板连结为一体构成的内屏蔽构件结构示意图。两者可以使用胶粘或任意现有技术连结为一体，便于调整屏蔽塞安装深度，适应不同规格电动机配套需要。
实施例二：
图4是在图3基础上加一受电磁铁控制启闭的电磁阀门组成的带电磁阀门的内屏蔽组件总体结构。电动机不工作时，弹簧6的弹力推动阀门4封闭屏蔽塞1的通路；启动电动机后电磁铁也同时通电，吸动阀门4开启屏蔽塞的通路。

1.一种用于带内屏蔽通风口电动机的电磁启闭内屏蔽组件，其特征在于：由内附并行排列的多条斜向通风导流板的屏蔽塞和位置可调的安装卡板组成的内屏蔽构件和电磁阀门相结合所组成，屏蔽塞与位置可调的安装卡板胶粘为一体构成整体的内屏蔽构件。
