Claims (4)
- (a) 전극이 구비된 기판 상에 제1 프로브를 고정화하는 단계;(b) 상기 기판 상에 고정화된 제1 프로브와 표적 분자가 포함된 시료를 반응시키는 단계;(c) 제2 프로브가 도포된 금 콜로이드 입자를 상기 제1 프로브와 표적 분자와의 반응산물과 반응시켜, 기판-제1 프로브-표적분자-제2 프로브-금 콜로이드 입자 복합체를 형성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 전극을 사용하여 상기 기판-제1 프로브-표적분자-제2 프로브-금 콜로이드 입자 복합체에 교류 전기장을 인가하고 전기적 신호를 측정하는 단계로서, 상기 금 콜로이드를 용해 및 재침전시키는 단계 및 금 콜로이드 입자 상에 은 층을 침적시키는 단계를 거치지 않는 단계;를 포함하는 표적 분자 검출 방법.
- (a) 전극이 구비된 기판 상에 제1 프로브를 고정화하는 단계;(b) 제2 프로브가 도포된 금 콜로이드 입자와 표적 분자가 포함된 시료를 반응시키는 단계;(c) 상기 금 콜로이드 입자 상에 도포된 제2 프로브와 표적 분자의 반응산물을 제1 프로브와 반응시켜, 기판-제1 프로브-표적분자-제2 프로브-금 콜로이드 입자 복합체를 형성하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 전극을 사용하여 상기 형성된 기판-제1 프로브-표적분자-제2 프로브-금 콜로이드 입자 복합체에 교류 전기장을 인가하고 전기적 신호를 측정하는 단계로서, 상기 금 콜로이드를 용해 및 재침전시키는 단계 및 금 콜로이드 입자 상에 은 층을 침적시키는 단계를 거치지 않는 단계;를 포함하는 표적 분자 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프로브 또는 제2 프로브는 상기 표적 분자와 특이적으로 결합하고, 표적 분자 중의 서로 다른 영역을 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 프로브 또는 제2 프로브는 항체, 효소, 기질, 저해제 또는 보조인자인 것을 특징으로 하는, 표적 분자 검출 방법.
