Claims (8)
- 전자전달 매개체 및 산화효소가 고착된 작동전극 및 보조전극이 형성된 하부기판; 시료도입부 입구, 시료도입 통로부 및 통기부를 포함하는 시료도입부가 구비된 중간기판; 및 상기 시료도입부가 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위한 상부기판(또는 커버)이 순차 적층된 구조를 갖는 전기화학적 바이오센서에 있어서,상기 시료도입부가 구비된 중간기판과 하부기판 사이에 시료모음 문턱을 제공하는 소수성 하판 절연체 층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간기판에 구비된 시료도입부는 시료도입 통로부와 통기부가 교차 형성되고, 시료도입부 입구가 시료도입 통로부 방향으로 그 폭이 좁아지는 사선 형태로 형성되는 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 하판 절연체 층은 시료도입부 입구에 일정높이의 시료모음 문턱을 제공하고, 반응 전극의 면적을 정확하게 조절하는 패턴으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 하판 절연체 층의 내부 패턴은 중간 기판 내의 시료도입부, 시료도입 통로부 및 통기부의 형태와 일치하도록 하부기판 위에 스크린프린팅됨으로써 반응 전극의 면적을 정확하게 조절하는 패턴으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 하판 절연체 층은 통기부 부분에 형성되는 것을 더 포함하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 통기부 부분에 해당되는 상부기판과 중간기판 사이에 소수성 상판 절연체 층을 더 포함하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시료도입 통로부에 도입되는 시료를 시료주입 통로부의 원하는 길이까지 정확하게 도입시키기 위하여 상기 시료도입 통로부의 길이를 일정하게 한정할 수 있는 부분에 해당되는 하부기판과 중간기판 사이 및 상부기판과 중간기판 사이에 소수성 절연체 층이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 절연체 층의 재질은 우레탄 계열 또는 폴리아크릴레이트 계열인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학적 바이오센서.
