Claims (9)
- 주입 음극으로서, 상기 주입 음극의 방출성 부분은 알칼리토금속 화합물이 주입된 다공성 펠릿(pellet)(11)을 포함하고, 상기 펠릿은 내열성 물질로 만들어진 접시(12)에 놓여 있으며 상기 음극의 방출성 표면을 형성하는 다공성 금속 호일(13)로 덮여진, 주입 음극에 있어서,상기 펠릿은 주입된 영역(19)과 공동부(10) 사이에 분리 표면(18)을 가지는데, 상기 공동부(10)는 주입되어 있지 않거나 상기 영역(19)보다 덜 주입되어 있고, 상기 분리 표면은 상기 방출성 표면과 마주하는 속이 빈 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 속인 빈 부분과 상기 방출성 표면 사이에 위치한 상기 공동부(10)는 적어도 1개의 채널(30)에 의해 외부 공간과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 표면의 속이 빈 부분은 상기 펠릿의 주입제의 공간적으로 제어된 용해로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 속인 빈 부분은 구 표면의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 속이 빈 부분들의 표면적은 방출성 표면보다 적어도 20%만큼 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿의 표면은 속이 빈 부분 주위에, 방출성 물질의 확산에 대비해 밀봉된 금속 장벽(21)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주입 음극.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 음극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 음극선관.
