Claims (8)
- 고온 액상발효 처리 공정에 의해 발생되는 악취를 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 고온 액상발효 처리 공정이 이루어지는 고온액상발효장치; 및상기 고온액상발효장치로부터 배출되는 가스가 그 장치 내부로 흡입되게 하여 공기의 흡입과 배출을 반복 순환시켜 가스의 외부 배출을 막아 악취를 제거하는 순환관을 포함하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 순환관은 공기의 원활한 흐름을 돕도록 경사지게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 순환관 일측이나 양측에 설치되어, 순환관을 통해 외부로 일부 배출되는 소량의 악취 발생 가스성분을 여과시키기 위한 바이오필터를 더 포함하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 바이오필터는내부에 숯, 톱밥, 나무껍질의 다공성 물질이 여기재료로 채워지며, 상기 순환관을 통해 투입되는 악취 발생 가스성분을 흡착 여과하는 여재부; 및상기 여재부 하단에 설치되어 여과액을 수거하기 위한 수거함을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고온액상발효장치는반응조;공기흡입구를 통해 상기 반응조 내에 투입된 폐수에 공기를 공급하여 폭기시키기 위한 수단;상기 반응조에 공기 주입으로 인해 발생되는 거품을 제거하기 위한 수단; 및상기 순환관에 연결되어, 상기 반응조의 고온 액상 발효시 발생되는 악취 발생 가스를 순환관 측으로 배출하기 위한 배출구를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 공기 공급 및 폭기수단은상기 반응조 내부에 설치되는 수중모터;상기 수중모터에 의해 구동되어 거품을 발생시키는 에젝타; 및상기 순환관에 연결되어, 공기를 흡입하는 공기 흡입구로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 공기흡입구는외부 공기가 흡입되도록 상부가 개구된 제 1공기흡입구;상기 배출구를 통해 배출되는 공기가 흡입되도록 상기 순환관에 연결된 제 2 공기흡입구; 및초기 가동과 정상 가동에 따라 상기 제 1공기흡입구와 제 2공기흡입구 중 하나를 선택하기 위한 전환밸브로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 거품제거수단은모터;상기 모터 구동에 의해 회전하면서 거품을 제거하는 회전날개; 및상부에 상기 배출구가 설치되는 소포수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고온액상발효장치의 악취제거장치.
