Claims (7)
- 흡기구 및 배기구를 구비하는 케이싱;상기 케이싱내에 제공되어 상기 흡기구로부터 가스를 흡입하고, 상기 배기구로 상기 가스를 배기하기 위하여 동기식으로 회전가능한 대향하고 있는 한 쌍의 펌프로터로서 각각 로터와 주축을 구비한 한 쌍의 펌프로터; 및상기 대향하고 있는 펌프로터를 회전시키는 모터를 포함하는 진공펌프에 있어서,상기 모터는 스테이터 및, 상기 한쌍의 대향하고 있는 펌프로터 중 하나의 주축에 고정되는 모터로터를 구비한 영구자석형 모터를 포함하고,상기 모터로터는 전자기강판(electromagnetic steel sheet)의 적층 조립체를 포함하는 철심(iron core) 및, 상기 모터로터의 축 주위에 각각의 영구 자석의 자극면(magnetic pole face)이 실질적으로 상기 모터로터의 반경방향에 대해 수직하게 놓이도록 상기 철심 내에 배치되는 복수의 영구 자석을 구비하며,상기 영구자석의 각각의 자극면이 상기 모터로터의 반경방향에 실질적으로 수직하게 놓이도록 상기 영구자석을 포함하는 복수의 영구자석이 상기 모터로터의 축 주위의 상기 철심내에 배치되고, 상기 철심은 상기 철심의 외주면상의 상기 영구자석의 자극면의 중심으로부터 상기 반경방향으로 위치한 지점에서 용접되는 전자기강판(electromagnetic steel sheet)의 적층된 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자기강판은 상기 영구자석의 자극중심으로부터 상기 반경방향으로 위치한 지점의 외주 에지부(edge)에 형성된 각각의 후퇴부(recess)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터로터는 보호층으로 피복된 외주면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
