Claims (5)
- 키패드 필름 하부에 형성되는 엑츄에이터와 돔시트 및 PCB기판을 포함하되,상기 키패드 필름과 엑츄에이터의 사이에 형성되는 OLED;상기 상기 OLED의 상부면을 커버하는 보호필름;를 구비하되,상기 OLED는 필름기판과 상기 필름기판 상부에 형성되는 투명전극과상기 전극에 형성되는 전하주입층과 상기 전하 주입재료 상면에 형성되는 발광층, 상기 발광층 상부에 형성되는 캐소드를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 발광층은 에틸렌 또는 스틸렌의 올리고머나 덴드리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대폰키패드 백라이트장치.
