Claims (9)
- 압전기판과,상기 압전기판상에 설치된 복수개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터를 구비하고, 각 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가, 입력단자와, 출력단자와, 입력단자에 접속되는 IDT와, 출력단자에 접속되는 IDT를 가지고, 탄성파 전파방향을 따라서 입력단자에 접속되는 IDT와 출력단자에 접속되는 IDT가 교대로 설치되어 있고,상기 복수개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 접속되어 있는 제1의 단자와,상기 복수개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자가 접속되어 있는 제2의 단자를 더욱 구비하고,복수개의 상기 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가 위드드로얼 웨이팅되어 있고, 적어도 1개의 상기 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위드드로얼 웨이팅이, 다른 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위드드로얼 웨이팅과 달라 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 압전기판과,적어도 1개의 제1의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터와,적어도 1개의 제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터를 구비하고,상기 제1의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가, 입력단자와, 출력단자와, 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT와, 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT를 가지고, 상기 압전기판상에 있어서, 탄성파 전파방향을 따라서 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT와 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT가 교대로 설치되어 있고, 상기 출력단자가 제1의 평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가, 입력단자와, 출력단자와, 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT와, 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT를 가지고, 상기 압전기판상에 있어서, 탄성파 전파방향을 따라서 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT와 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 IDT가 교대로 설치되어 있고, 출력단자가 제2의 평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고, 위상이, 상기 제1의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터와 180°달라져 있고,상기 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 불평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가 위드드로얼 웨이팅되어 있고, 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터 중 적어도 1개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위드드로얼 웨이팅이, 나머지의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위드드로얼 웨이팅과 달라 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 압전기판과,상기 압전기판에 설치된 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터와, 불평형신호단자와, 제1,제2의 평형신호단자를 구비하고,상기 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가, 압전기판상에 형성되어 있고, 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자 또는 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 제1의 IDT와, 상기 제1의 IDT의 탄성파 전파방향 양측에 설치되어 있고, 또한 상기 출력단자 또는 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 제2의 IDT를 가지고,상기 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 상기 입력단자가 상기 불평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고, 상기 제3의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자가 상기 제1의 평형신호단자에, 상기 제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 상기 출력단자가 상기 제2의 평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자에 상기 제3의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 접속되어 있고, 상기 제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자에 상기 제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 접속되어 있고,상기 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터 중 1개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위상이, 나머지의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위상과 역전되어 있고,상기 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가 위드드로얼 웨이팅되어 있고, 이 위드드로얼 웨이팅이 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터에서 달라 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 압전기판과,상기 압전기판에 설치된 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터와, 불평형신 호단자와, 제1,제2의 평형신호단자를 구비하고,상기 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가, 압전기판상에 형성되어 있고, 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자 또는 출력단자에 접속되어 있는 제1의 IDT와, 상기 제1의 IDT의 탄성파 전파방향 양측에 설치되어 있고, 또한 상기 출력단자 또는 입력단자에 접속되어 있는 제2의 IDT를 가지고,상기 제1,제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 상기 입력단자가 상기 불평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고, 상기 제3의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자가 상기 제1의 평형신호단자에, 상기 제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 상기 출력단자가 상기 제2의 평형신호단자에 접속되어 있고,상기 제1의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자에 상기 제3의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 접속되어 있고, 상기 제2의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 출력단자에 상기 제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 입력단자가 접속되어 있고,상기 제1~제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터 중 1개의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위상이, 나머지의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 위상과 역전되어 있고,상기 제3,제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터가 위드드로얼 웨이팅되어 있고, 이 위드드로얼 웨이팅이 제3,제4의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터에서 달라 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 위드드로얼 웨이팅이, 위드 드로얼 웨이팅이 처리된 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터의 중심에 대하여, 탄성파 전파방향에 있어서 비대칭의 형상이 되게끔 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 위드드로얼 웨이팅이 처리된 전극지의 개수가, 위드드로얼 웨이팅이 처리된 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터 사이에서 동등하게 되어 있는 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 위드드로얼 웨이팅이 처리되어 있는 IDT는, 복수의 종결합공진자형 탄성파필터 사이에서 대응하는 IDT인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 IDT가 위드드로얼 웨이팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성파필터장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재의 탄성파필터장치를 이용해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
