Claims (10)
- 입력 단자와 출력 단자를 갖는 탄성 표면파 필터로서, 상기 탄성 표면파 필터는 압전기판; 상기 압전기판상의 표면파 전파 영역에 표면파의 전파방향으로 배열되어 탄성 표면파 필터부를 형성하며, 통과 대역을 갖고 있고, 그리고 상기 탄성 표면파 필터의 상기 입력 단자 및 출력 단자에 각각 연결되어 있는 입력 사이드 및 출력 사이드를 갖는 다수개의 교차지 트랜스듀서; 및 적어도 하나의 교차지 트랜스듀서를 갖고 있으며, 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부의 입력 사이드와 출력 사이드의 하나와 접지 전위 사이에 연결되어 있으며, d상기 압전 기판의 표면파 전파 영역 이외의 영역에 위치해 있는 단일-단자 SAW 공진자의 공진 주파수가 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부의 통과대 역보다 낮은 주파수 영역으로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기가 상기 압전기판상에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압전기판이 36°Y-커트 산화탄탈리튬(LiTaO3)기판으로 형성되며, 상기 SAW 필터에 단일-단자 SAW 공진기 한 개가 제공되는 경우, 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기의 상기 교차지 트랜스듀서가 다음의 식(1)을 만족하는 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터;[수학식 1]상기 식에서, 여러 개의 단일-단자 SAW 공진기들이 병렬로 서로 연결되어 있는 경우 각각의 공진기의 (NxA)/f0의 합이 30 이하이어야 하며, f0(MHz)는 단일-단자 SAW 공진기의 공진 주파수를, N은 전극지(electrode fingers) 쌍의 수를, A(μm)는 중첩 길이 (overlap length)를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압전기간이 64°Y-커트 산화니오브리튬(LiNbO3) 기판으로 형성되며, 상기 SAW 필터에 단일-단자 SAW 공진기 한 개가 제공되는 경우, 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기의 상기 교차지 트랜스듀서가 다음의 식 (2)을 만족하는 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터;[수학식 2]상기 식에서, 여러 개의 단일-단자 SAW 공진기들이 병렬로 서로 연결되어 있는 경우 각각의 공진기의 (NxA)/f0의 합이 45 이하이어야 하며, f0(MHz)는 단일-단자 SAW 공진기 의 공진 주파수를, N은 전극지(electrode fingers) 쌍의 수를, A(μm)는 중첩 길이 (overlap length)를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기는 상기 탄성 표면파 필터 부의 상기 입력 또는 출력 사이드와 병렬이 되도록 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개 이상의 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기들이 서로 병렬로 연결되어 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부의 상기 입력 또는 출력 사이드와 병렬로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일-단자 SAW 공진기가 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부의 상기 입력 및 출력 사이드 각각에 병렬로 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부가 IIDT형 탄성 표면파 필터로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부가 2-IDTs형 탄성 표면파 필터로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 표면파 필터부가 3-IDTs형 탄성 표면파 필터로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 필터.
