Claims (9)
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항의 불소 함유 중합성 단량체를, 하기 화학식 31의 디카르복실산 단량체 또는 그의 에스테르 유도체, 또는 하기 화학식 32의 디카르복실산 할라이드 단량체와 중합시켜서 제조한 고분자 화합물.화학식 31화학식 32상기 화학식 31 및 32에서,R은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 또는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필 및 부틸기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 벤질기이며;B는 지방족 고리, 방향족 고리 및 알킬렌기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 함유한 2가의 유기기를 나타내되, 상기 유기기는 불소, 염소, 산소, 유황 또는 질소를 함유할 수 있으며, 또한 상기 유기기의 수소의 일부는 알킬기, 플루오로알킬기, 카르복실기, 히드록시기 및 시아노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 치환기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 수 있고;X는 염소, 불소, 브롬 및 요오드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.
- 제5항에 있어서,하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 고분자 화합물.화학식 5상기 화학식 5에서,a는 1~4의 정수를 나타내고;B는 탄소수 2 내지 24를 가지되 지방족 고리, 방향족 고리 및 알킬렌기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 함유한 2가의 유기기를 나타내되, 상기 유기기는 불소, 염소, 산소, 유황 또는 질소를 함유할 수 있으며, 또한 상기 유기기의 수소의 일부는 알킬기, 플루오로알킬기, 카르복실기, 히드록시기 및 시아노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 치환기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 수 있고;n은 중합도를 나타내는 것으로, 5∼10000의 정수이다.
- 제2항의 단량체를 사용해서 합성한 하기 화학식 7로 표시되는 고분자 화합물.화학식 7상기 화학식 7에서,a는 1 내지 4의 정수를 나타내고;R1은 탄소수 4 내지 20을 가지되 지방족 고리, 방향족 고리 및 알킬렌기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 함유한 4가의 유기기를 나타내되, 상기 유기기는 불소, 염소, 산소, 유황 또는 질소를 함유할 수 있으며, 또한 상기 유기기의 수소의 일부는 알킬기, 플루오로알킬기, 카르복실기, 히드록시기 및 시아노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 치환기로 치환되거나 치환되지 않을 수 있고;n은 중합도를 나타내는 것으로, 5 내지 10000의 정수이다.
