Description
Claims (14)
- 적어도 하나의 점 형상 광원과, 상기 점 형상 광원으로부터의 빛을 입사하는 광 입사면과 입사광을 출사하는 광 출사면을 갖는 직사각형 형상의 도광체를 가지며,상기 도광체의 광 출사면에 대향하는 이면에는 광출사 제어 기능층이 부착되어 있으며,상기 광출사 제어 기능층에는 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있으며,상기 지향성 광출사 기능부는 상기 점 형상 광원을 둘러싸도록 서로 평행하게 배열된 다수의 원호형의 프리즘 열로 이루어지며,상기 원호형의 프리즘 열의 각각은 2개의 프리즘 면을 포함하여 구성되어 있으며,상기 지향성 광출사 기능부의 상기 프리즘 열 배열의 2개의 프리즘 면에 의해 형성된 요철 형상을 메우는, 상기 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층 또는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층상에 배치된 부재의 굴절율보다 작은 굴절율을 갖는 층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프리즘 열은 상기 2개의 프리즘 면 사이의 선단부에 평탄부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프리즘 열의 인접하는 것끼리의 사이의 골짜기부에 평탄부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프리즘 열의 광원에 가까운 쪽의 프리즘 면의 경사가 광 출사면에 대하여 80° 내지 100°이며, 광원으로부터 먼 쪽의 프리즘 면의 경사가 광 출사면에 대하여 35° 내지 55°인 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층 또는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층상에 배치된 부재의 굴절율보다 작은 굴절율을 갖는 층이 공기층인 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지향성 광출사 기능부상에는, 그 프리즘 열 배열에 대응하는 프리즘 열 배열을 한쪽 면에 가지고 있고 또한 상기 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층 또는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층상에 배치된 부재와 동일한 굴절율의 재료로 이루어진 프리즘 시트가, 상기 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층 또는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층상에 배치된 부재의 굴절율보다 작은 굴절율을 가지는 층을 사이에 두고, 프리즘 열 배열끼리 대응하도록 끼워맞춰져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 지향성 광출사 기능부가 형성되어 있는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층 또는 상기 광출사 제어 기능층상에 배치된 부재의 굴절율보다 작은 굴절율을 가지는 층이 공기층인 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 점 형상 광원이 도광체의 측단부면 또는 코너부에 대향하여 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 점 형상 광원이 도광체의 광 출사면에 대향하는 이면에 형성된 오목부내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 점 형상 광원이 LED로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 점 형상 광원이 LED의 집합체인 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 LED의 발광 패턴의 피크 절반값 폭이 도광체의 광 출사면에 수직인 방향에서 10° 내지 120°, 도광체의 광 출사면에 수평인 방향에서 80° 내지 180°인 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도광체는 그 두께가 상기 점 형상 광원으로부터의 거리가 증대함에 따 라 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도광체의 광 출사면에 회절 격자, 편광 변환 소자, 편광 분리 소자, 광 집광 소자에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 출사광 제어 부재가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는면 광원 장치.
