Claims (14)
- 다음의 각 단계를 순차적으로 수행하는 프리에멀젼 씨드 공중합방법으로, 바이모달 또는 멀티모달의 입자크기 분포를 갖는 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.제1단계 : 2 이상의 다수 종류의 모노머들을 유화제와 함께 물에 투입하고 교반하여 프리에멀젼을 만드는, 프리에멀젼 준비단계제2단계 : 상기 제1단계로 만들어진 프리에멀젼을 둘로 나누어, 1차 투입분과 2차 투입분으로 구분하고, 2차 투입분에는 유화제를 추가로 첨가하여 각 투입분을 교반하는, 프리에멀젼 구분단계제3단계 : 중합반응이 일어나는 반응기에 초기 투입물인 물, 개시제, 이미 제조된 씨드 폴리머 라텍스, 그리고 상기 2단계의 1차 투입분 프리에멀젼 일부를 일정 비율로 투입하여 교반하고, 반응기의 온도를 일정온도로 올려 일정시간을 유지하는, 초기 중합단계제4단계 : 반응기의 온도를 조정하고, 프리에멀젼 1차분과 개시제를 일정 유량으로 반응기에 연속 투입하면서 교반하는, 유화제가 부족한 상태의 제1단계 중합단계제5단계 : 반응기의 온도를 조정하고, 프리에멀젼 2차분과 개시제를 일정 유량으로 반응기에 연속 투입하면서 교반하는, 유화제가 충분한 제2단계 중합단계제6단계 : 반응기의 온도를 조정하고, 최종반응용 개시제를 투입하는 잔존모 노머 처리단계제 7단계 : 상기와 같이 중합이 종료되어 제조된 폴리머 에멀젼을, 냉각시켜 여과하는 마무리 단계
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는,모노머 전체량에 총 유화제 량의 1/2을 섞여 프리에멀젼을 들고, 이 프리에멀젼을 2등분 하여 그중 하나에 나머지 유화제 1/2을 첨가하여, 2차 투입분으로 하는 방법;모노머 전체량에 총 유화제 량의 1/2을 섞여 프리에멀젼을 들고, 이 프리에멀젼의 40%를 취하여 여기에 나머지 유화제 1/2을 첨가하여, 2차 투입분으로 하는 방법;그리고, 모노머 전체량에 총 유화제 량의 1/3을 섞여 프리에멀젼을 들고, 이 프리에멀젼의 2등분하여 그중 하나에 나머지 유화제 2/3을 첨가하여, 2차 투입분으로 하는 방법;중 어느 하나의 방법인, 프리에멀젼 구분단계인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3단계는 질소분위기에서 이루어지고, 반응기의 온도가 섭씨 75도로 유지되는 초기 중합단계이고;상기 제4단계는 반응기의 온도가 섭씨 75도로 유지되고, 반응 시간이 2시간인 제1단계 중합단계;상기 제5단계는 반응기의 온도가 섭씨 80도로 유지되고, 반응 시간이 2시간인 제2단계 중합단계;상기 제6단계는 반응기의 온도가 섭씨 85도로 유지되고, 반응 시간이 1시간인 잔존 모노머 처리단계;인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1단계의 모노머는, 모노머의 합계 중량을 기준으로,35 내지 85%의 C4 내지 C12의 알킬 아크릴레이트 에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물인 모노머;1 내지 35%의 비닐 에스테르, C1 내지 C4의 (메타)아크릴산 에스테르, 스틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물인 모노머;0 내지 35% 의 C8 내지 C16의 에스테르의 알킬그룹을 각각 가진 디카르복실산 디에스테르인 모노머;0.5 내지 10%의 상기 (1) 내지 (3)의 성분들과 공중합이 가능한 극성 모노머;인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,C4 내지 C12의 알킬 아크릴레이트 에스테르 모노머는, n-부칠 아크릴레이트, 아밀 아크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 이소옥틸 아크릴레이트, 이소노닐 아크릴레이트, 데실 아크릴레이트, 도데실 아크릴레이트, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로 중의 어느 하나이고;비닐에스테르는, 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 프로피오네이트, 비닐 부틸레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물 중의 어느 하나이고;C1 내지 C4의 알킬 에스테르 (메타)크릴산은, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트, 그리고 이들의 혼합물로 중의 어느 하나이고;극성 공중합 모노머는, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타코닉산, 하이드록시 알킬 아크릴레이트, 스타이렌 술폰산, 마레인산, 푸마린산, 시트라코닉산, 아크릴아미드, 변성 아크릴아미드, N-비닐피롤리돈, N-비닐카프로락탐과 같은 N-비닐 락탐, 아크릴로 니트릴, 디메틸아미노 에틸메타크릴레이트., 그리고 이들의 혼합물 중의 어느 하나인;것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유화제는,다가 알콜 설페이트, 알킬 벤젠 설포네이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페놀 에테르 설페이트, 디알킬 설포삭시네이트, 그리고 이들의 혼합물 중의 어느 하나인 음이온계 계면활성제 그룹과;알킬 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페놀 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌의 블록 공중합체, 그리고 이들의 혼합물 중의 어느 하나인, 비이온계 계면활성제 그룹 중에서;음이온계 계면활성제 그룹과 비이온계 계면활성제 그룹 중에서 각각 어느 하나를 선택하여, 이들을 일정 비율로 혼합한 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개시제는,하이드로 퍼옥사이드, t-부틸 하이드로퍼옥사이드, 포타슘 퍼설페이트, 암모늄 퍼설페이트, 소듐 퍼설페이트, 그리고 이들의 혼합물중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 개시제는,소듐 비설페이트 또는 소듐 포름알데히드 설프옥시레이트인 환원제와 결합하여 사용하여, 레독스 개시제 시스템을 구성한 개시제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계와 제5단계는,사슬전달제 또는 가교제를 선택적으로, 또는 사슬전달제와 가교제 모두를 반응기에 프리에멀젼과 함께 투입하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사슬전달제는, 카본 테트라브로마이드, 멀캅탄 알코올, 그리고 이들 혼합물중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가교제는,디아크릴레이트, 트리아크릴레이트, 테트라아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트, 폴리(에틸렌글리콜) 디아크릴레이트, 폴리우레탄 디아크릴레이트, 트리메티롤프로판 트리아크릴레이트를 포함하는 다관능 아크릴 그룹;4-아크릴옥시벤조페논, 디비닐 벤젠, 디알릴 말레이트와 알릴 메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 다관능 알릴계 그룹;중에서 선택한 어느 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 아크릴계 점착제 제조방법.
- 제4항의 방법으로 제조되고, 고형분 함량이 40 내지 75%이고, 입자의 크기분포가 바이모달 또는 멀티모달이며, 폴리머 라텍스의 수용액 에멀젼 상태인, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 그리고 제6항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되고, 고형분 함량이 40 내지 75%이고, 입자의 크기분포가 바이모달 또는 멀티모달이며, 폴리머 라텍스의 수용액 에멀젼 상태인, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제.
- 제13항의 하이솔리드 이크릴계 PSA 점착제를, 종이, 고분자재료 필름, 또는 금속 박판 중의 하나인 기재에 코팅하여 제조한, 하이솔리드 아크릴계 PSA 점착제의 2차 제품.
