- 락토바실러스 브레비스(Lactobacillus brevis) M2(미생물 기탁번호 KCTC11390BP) 및 락토바실러스 플란타럼(Lactobacillus plantarum) P2(미생물 기탁번호 KCTC11391BP)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 균주를 홍삼에 접종하고 1 내지 5일 배양하여 수득한 발효 홍삼을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식품 조성물.
