- 삭제
- 삭제
- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 엑센딘 4의 12번 라이신 잔기 및 27번 라이신 잔기 중 어느 하나 이상에 비오틴이 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑센딘 유도체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비오틴이 엑센딘-4의 12번 라이신 잔기 및 27번 라이신 잔기에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑센딘 유도체.
- ⅰ) 서열번호 2의 엑센딘 4 와 비오틴 및 환원제를 완충용액 또는 유기용매에 첨가하여 반응시키는 단계;ⅱ)상기 i)단계의 반응 혼합물을 일정온도 하에 빛을 차단하고 일정시간 동안 보관하는 단계;ⅲ)상기 ii)단계의 반응 완료 후, 미반응된 반응물들을 제거하는 단계; 및ⅳ)상기 iii)단계의 미반응된 반응물질이 제거된 생성물로부터 비오틴으로 수식된 엑센딘을 분리 및 정제하는 단계를 포함하여 비오틴을 결합시킨 엑센딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 엑센딘 유도체가 제3항의 엑센딘 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 비오틴을 결합시킨 엑센딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, i)단계에서 서열번호 2의 엑센딘 4에 대한 비오틴의 반응 몰비는 1 내지 4의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 비오틴을 결합시킨 엑센딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항의 엑센딘 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 인슐린의 과다분비에 의해 유발되는 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 당뇨병은 제2형 당뇨병인 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제3항의 엑센딘 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 인슐린의 과다분비에 의해 유발되는 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제3항의 엑센딘 유도체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 과민성 장 증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 혈장 글루코오스 저하, 위 또는 장 운동의 억제, 위 또는 장 공복의 억제 또는 음식 섭취 억제에 의해 유발되는 과민성 장 증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 조성물은 정제, 환제, 산제, 과립제, 캡슐제, 현탁제, 내용액제, 유제 또는 시럽제 등의 경구형 제형, 외용제, 좌제 또는 멸균 주사용액의 형태로 제형화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 조성물은 정제, 환제, 산제, 과립제, 캡슐제, 현탁제, 내용액제, 유제 또는 시럽제 등의 경구형 제형, 외용제, 좌제 또는 멸균 주사용액의 형태로 제형화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비만 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 조성물은 정제, 환제, 산제, 과립제, 캡슐제, 현탁제, 내용액제, 유제 또는 시럽제 등의 경구형 제형, 외용제, 좌제 또는 멸균 주사용액의 형태로 제형화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과민성 장 증후군의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
