도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 홍삼박 건조분말 100 중량부, 한약재박 건조분말 50 중량부 및 광물질-메티오닌 킬레이트 1.55 중량부(아연 0.5 중량부 + 철 0.5 중량부 + 망간 0.5 중량부 + 구리 0.025 중량부 + 코발트 0.025 중량부)를 혼합하고, 믹서에서 혼합하면서 코팅제(10% 식용쉘락 에탄올 용액:10% 사카린 수용액= 1:1) 5중량부를 분사하여 15분간 코팅하였다. 상기 코팅된 혼합물에 생균제(바실러스 서브틸리스 1.0 X 109/kg) 25 중량부, 비타민 A 0.075 중량부(100만 IU/kg), 비타민 E 및 비타민 C 각각 2.5 중량부(1000mg/kg), 글로콘산 칼슘 5 중량부, 메티오닌 5 중량부 및 제삼인산칼슘 58 중량부를 첨가하고 15분간 혼합하여 사료첨가제 조성물을 제조하였다.
