Pig feed for improving appetite and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry feed, and particularly relates to pig feed for improving appetite.
Background
The term "feed" is a general term for food of animals raised by all people, and is understood in a relatively narrow sense, and generally refers to food of animals raised in agriculture or animal husbandry. The feed comprises more than ten kinds of feed main materials such as soybean, soybean meal, corn, fish meal, amino acid, miscellaneous meal, additives, whey powder, grease, meat and bone meal, grains, sweet sorghum and the like. The common feed for pigs has various types, and is divided into 8 types of protein feed, energy feed, coarse feed, green feed, silage, mineral feed and feed additive according to nutrition. The feed industry plays an important role in national economy, and is directly related to the quality and the body health of the living standard of people, and the addition of chemical drugs in the feed can cause the residue of a large amount of harmful substances in pork, so that the feed is not accepted by people, therefore, the feed needs to start from the aims of high efficiency, no pollution and no residue, and the feed has the functions of ensuring nutrition and simultaneously taking into account the functions of the feed.
The chicken manure contains rich crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, mineral substances, calcium, phosphorus and other nutritional ingredients, and has higher nutritional value than other livestock manure.

Test example 1
The average weight of the farm is 110 healthy weaned pigs (7.16 +/-0.15) kg, and the weight difference is not significant through statistical analysis. With a single-factor randomized design, 110 healthy weaned piglets were divided into 11 groups (examples 1-5 groups, control examples 1-5 groups and blank group) of 10 pigs each, based on the half of the sire and the mother. Examples 1-5 groups of piglets were fed with the product of the present invention prepared in examples 1-5, comparative examples 1-5 groups of piglets were fed with the pig feed prepared in comparative examples 1-5, and blank groups of piglets were fed with commercial pig feed. The feed is continuously fed for 30 days, and the effect is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002229099420000071
As can be seen from the above table, compared with the blank group, the pig feed for improving appetite prepared in the embodiments 1 to 5 of the present invention can obviously improve the appetite of piglets, the daily feed intake is high (0.751 to 0.778 kg/pig), the nutrient component proportion is reasonable, the daily increase is large (0.575 to 0.612 kg/pig), the feed conversion ratio is low, the final weight is large after the experiment is finished, the diarrhea rate is low (10 to 20%), and the death rate is almost zero. In the comparative example 1, no prebiotics are added, so that the piglets have intestinal problems, the diarrhea rate is high (30%), the piglets are unwilling to eat, and the daily gain is small; in the comparative example 2, hericium erinaceus polysaccharide is not added, so that the resistance of piglets is poor, the death rate is increased (30%), and the daily gain is small; in the comparative example 3, the spirulina is not added, so that the piglets have higher diarrhea rate (20%) and mortality rate (20%), the daily gain is small, and the feed meat ratio is higher; in comparative example 4, hawthorn and hispid fig were not added, and the food intake of piglets was reduced (0.655 kg/head), so the daily gain was reduced; in comparative example 5, xylo-oligosaccharide was not added, and piglets suffered from large-area diarrhea (50%), but the mortality rate was not high, and therefore, the piglets had poor gastrointestinal function, and diarrhea was caused, which affects daily gain.
Compared with the prior art, the prebiotics are nutrients required by the growth of the probiotics, the growth amount of the probiotics is increased by adding the prebiotics, the probiotics can protect intestinal tracts and avoid the generation of pathogenic bacteria, and meanwhile, the lactic acid bacteria can promote the growth of white blood cells in blood and improve the immunity; the hericium erinaceus polysaccharide has a good function of improving immunity; the spirulina is rich in protein and has great promotion effect on improving the immunity of piglets; the hawthorn and the hispid fig have the effects of tonifying spleen and lung, and the fruity taste of the hawthorn can promote the appetite of piglets, improve the food intake and accelerate the growth and development of the piglets; the xylo-oligosaccharide can selectively promote the proliferation activity of intestinal bifidobacteria, promote the intestinal activity, protect the gastrointestinal tract function and promote the digestion of piglets, thereby further improving the food intake of the piglets; the chicken manure contains rich crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, mineral substances, calcium, phosphorus and other nutrient components, has higher nutrient value than other livestock manure, can provide most of nutrients required by the growth of piglets and promote the growth and development of the piglets; the chicken manure is fermented under the action of zymophyte, so that the odor of the manure is removed, the manure has a sour flavor or a wine flavor, the taste of the feed is improved, and the feeding of piglets is promoted; the fermented mycoprotein can improve the animal protein of the feed; the nutrients comprise amino acids, trace elements and vitamins, and the microbial fermentation also generates a large amount of vitamins, various digestive enzymes and other bioactive substances, so that the physiological balance of pig intestinal flora can be adjusted, abnormal proliferation of intestinal putrefying bacteria and invasion and colonization of pathogenic bacteria are reduced, and in-vivo toxin is reduced or eliminated, so that gastrointestinal mucosa is protected, the pig has healthy intestinal tract and normal digestion and absorption capacity, diarrhea can be prevented and treated, the immune disease resistance of the pig is improved, and the production performance of the pig is improved; the pig feed for improving appetite, which is prepared by the invention, has the advantages of wide raw material source, simple preparation method and good taste, can promote the appetite of piglets, can obviously improve the immunity of the piglets, protects the intestinal health of the pigs, promotes the pigs to quickly gain weight, and has tender meat and high lean meat percentage.
Various modifications may be made to the above without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. The scope of the invention is therefore intended to be limited not by the above description, but rather by the scope of the appended claims.
