Claims (18)
- 비디오 촬상장치에서의 컬럼(column) 전극 메모리의 효과를 축소시키기 위한 방법으로서,복수의 로우(row) 전극 중의 하나를 활성화시키는 단계와,복수의 컬럼 전극을 통해서 제1 비디오 입력 신호를 상기 로우로 배열된 복수의 픽셀 전극에 선택적으로 인가하는 단계와,상기 제1 비디오 입력 신호를 선택적으로 인가하는 단계에 이어서, 상기 복수의 로우 전극 중 하나를 비활성화시키는 단계와,상기 비활성화 단계에 이어서, 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키기 전에, 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극을 실질적으로 일정한 전압으로 설정하는 단계와,상기 설정 단계에 이어서, 제2 비디오 입력 신호를 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극을 통해서 로우로 배열된 상기 복수의 픽셀 전극들에 선택적으로 인가하는 단계와,상기 제2 비디오 입력 신호를 선택적으로 인가하는 단계에 이어서, 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키는 단계를 포함하는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압은 플랫 필드(flat field)에 상관되는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 로우 전극을 활성화하는 단계, 상기 제1 비디오 입력 신호를 선택적 인가하는 단계, 비활성화시키는 단계, 설정하는 단계, 상기 제2 비디오 입력 신호를 선택적으로 인가하는 단계 및 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키는 단계를 주기적으로 반복 수행하는 단계와,상기 주기적 반복 수행 단계를 통하여 LCOS(liquid crystal on silicon) 촬상장치를 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 활성화 단계의 적어도 일부는 순차적으로(sequentially) 수행되는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 활성화 단계의 적어도 일부는 비순차적으로(non-sequentially) 수행되는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 활성화 단계는 액티브 디스플레이 라인과 관련된 로우 전극을 활성화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 방법.

- 컬럼 전극 메모리의 효과를 축소시키기 위한 시스템으로서,복수의 로우 전극 중의 하나를 활성화 또는 비활성화시키도록 프로그램된 컨트롤러와,제1 비디오 입력 신호를 복수의 컬럼 전극을 통해서 로우로 배열된 복수의 픽셀 전극에 선택적으로 인가하는 스위치 컨트롤과,상기 컨트롤러가 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키기 전에, 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극을 실질적으로 일정한 전압으로 설정하는 회로부를 포함하고,상기 스위치 컨트롤은 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키기 전에 제2 비디오 입력 신호를 선택적으로 인가하도록 구성되는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압은 플랫 필드(flat field)와 상관된 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 복수의 로우 전극 중의 하나를 반복하여 활성화시키도록 또한 프로그램되며, 상기 스위치 컨트롤은 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극에 상기 비디오 입력 신호를 반복적으로 인가하며, 상기 회로부는 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키기 전에, 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극을 상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압으로 반복하여 설정하며,상기 컨트롤러, 상기 스위치 컨트롤 및 상기 회로부는 LCOS(liquid crystal on silicon) 촬상장치 내에 포함되어 있는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 로우 전극의 적어도 일부를 순차적으로(sequentially) 활성화시키도록 또한 프로그램되어 있는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 로우 전극의 적어도 일부를 비순차적으로(non-sequentially) 활성화시키도록 또한 프로그램되어 있는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,액티브 디스플레이 라인을 갖는 촬상장치를 더 구비하며,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 액티브 디스플레이 라인 중의 하나와 관련된 로우 전극을 활성화시키도록 또한 프로그램되어 있는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 비디오 입력 신호를 기억시키기 위한 메모리와,멀티플렉서를 더 구비하며,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극이 상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압으로 설정되게 되면 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키도록 또한 프로그램되며,상기 멀티플렉서는, 상기 비디오 입력 신호의 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극에의 선택적인 인가를 위하여, 상기 비디오 입력 신호를 상기 메모리로부터 상기 스위치 컨트롤에 공급하는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.

- 제10항에 있어서,상기 회로부는 단말에 연결되어 있는 적어도 하나의 스위치와, 상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압을 저장하고 있는 공통 전압원을 더 구비하며,상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 후속하는 로우 전극을 활성화시키기 전에, 상기 단말에 펄스- 상기 펄스는 상기 스위치를 활성화시킴 -를 인가하도록 또한 프로그램되어 있으며,상기 공통 전압원은 상기 적어도 하나의 스위치를 통하여 상기 복수의 컬럼 전극을 상기 실질적으로 일정한 전압으로 설정하는 컬럼 전극 메모리 효과 축소 시스템.
