Claims (8)
- 일반식 Mg100-x-yAxBy로 표현되며;상기 A는 희토류 원소 또는 상기 희토류 원소들로 이루어진 상용화된 합금에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소 또는 합금이며;상기 B는 베릴륨(Be), 알루미늄(Al), 규소(Si), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 갈륨(Ga), 게르마늄(Ge), 팔라듐(Pd), 은(Ag), 카드뮴(Cd), 인듐(In), 주석(Sn), 안티몬(Sb), 납(Pb), 창연(Bi), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 코발트(Co), 질소(N), 탄소(C), 인(P), 붕소(B), 스트론튬(Sr) 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소이고;상기 x, y는 각각 x는 6wt% 이하, y는 5wt% 이하이며,상기 B는 상기 Mg 기지 내에 상기 A의 고용을 증가시켜 상기 Mg 기지의 단위정의 변의 길이 a 와 단위정의 높이 c의 상대적 비로 정의되는 축비 c/a가 1.61 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 축비가 감소된 마그네슘 합금.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 희토류 원소들로 이루어진 상용화된 합금은 디디늄계 미시메탈 또는 세 륨계 미시메탈 또는 란타늄계 미시메탈인 것을 특징으로 하는 축비가 감소된 마그네슘 합금.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 디디늄계 미시메탈은 Nd(neodymium)과 Pr(praseodymuim)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축비가 감소된 마그네슘 합금.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 세륨계 미시메탈은 45wt%≤Ce≤65wt%, 20wt%≤La≤30wt%, 5wt%≤Nd≤15wt%, Pr 10wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 축비가 감소된 마그네슘 합금.
- 일반식 Mg100-x-yAxBy로 표현되며, 상기 A는 희토류 원소 또는 상기 희토류 원소들로 이루어진 상용화된 합금에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소 또는 합금이고, 상기 B는 베릴륨(Be), 알루미늄(Al), 규소(Si), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn), 갈륨(Ga), 게르마늄(Ge), 팔라듐(Pd), 은(Ag), 카드뮴(Cd), 인듐(In), 주석(Sn), 안티몬(Sb), 납(Pb), 창연(Bi), 칼슘(Ca), 망간(Mn), 몰리브덴(Mo), 코발트(Co), 질소(N), 탄소(C), 인(P), 붕소(B), 스트론튬(Sr) 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소이고, 상기 x, y는 각각 x는 6wt% 이하, y는 5wt% 이하인 마그네슘 합금 조성물을 용해주조하여, 상기 Mg 기지의 단위정의 변의 길이 a 와 단위정의 높이 c의 상대적 비로 정의되는 축비 c/a가 1.61 이하인 마그네슘 합금 주조재를 만드는 단계,상기 주조재를 250∼400℃에서 예열한 후 같은 온도에서 압출비 10:1, 압출 다이각 180°, 램속도 2cm/min의 압출조건으로 열간압출하는 단계,상기 열간압출재를 250∼400℃에서 25∼50%의 두께 수축률로 두께 1mm까지 반복 열간압연하여 판재를 만드는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축비가 감소된 마그네슘 합금 판재의 제조방법.
