Claims (3)
- 심전도센서, 적외선센서 및 압력센서를 포함한 센서부(400)를 피검자의 손목부위(350w)에 위치시켜 피검자의 맥파를 측정하여 연속혈압 및 동맥 탄성도를 제공하는 측정장치에 있어서,전원 온/오프를 위한 전원버튼(101);피검자 선택, 데이터 수집 시작, 데이터 저장, 데이터 불러오기, 데이터 전송을 포함한 장치동작에 필요한 메뉴를 선택하기 위한 메뉴선택버튼(103);상기 측정장치가 제공하는 기능들을 탐색하기 위한 메뉴탐색버튼(105);상기 메뉴탐색버튼(105)의 조작에 의해 구동되며, 상기 메뉴선택버튼(103) 및 메뉴탐색버튼(105)의 조작상태에 대한 정상 및 비정상 동작상태를 표시하는 상태표시 LED(107);상기 측정장치에 의해 측정된 연속혈압 및 동맥 탄성도를 표시하는 디스플레이부(111);상기 피검자의 손가락을 통해 심전도를 측정하는 심전도 측정부(109);상기 피검자의 정상 맥파 검출을 위해 가해지는 압력을 조절하기 위한 센서압력조절장치(113);상기 측정장치를 손목에 고정하기 위한 손목형 밴드(115);상기 피검자의 요골 뼈(350b) 근처 동맥부위(350a)에 놓여지는 센서부(400)의 위치와 압력을 조절하는 벨크로(117); 및상기 측정된 연속혈압 및 동맥 탄성도를 외부기기로 전송하기 위한 통신단자(150);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 연속 혈압, 동맥탄성도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 측정장치를 통해 측정되는 신호는 맥파 신호, 적외선 신호의 입사 및 반사를 통한 광량, 심전도 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 연속 혈압, 동맥탄성도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 측정된 상완 혈압값과 대동맥 혈압값의 절대값 크기의 비율을 연령에 따라 설정된 기준값과 비교하여 혈관 나이 및 혈관 노화도를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비침습적 연속 혈압, 동맥탄성도 측정장치.
