Abstract
Description
그리고, 드레인전극(108)과 비아홀을 통해 연결되는 화소전극(116)이 형성되며 하판의 배면에는 백라이트(112)가 구비된다.
또한, 상기 두 장의 절연기판(101,101a) 사이의 가장자리에는 씨일재(110)가 형성되어 두 기판을 합착하고 있다.
이어, 상기 양극 전극(203)상에 Alq3(Tris-8-hydroxyquinolinato aluminium), BeBq(Bis-benzo-quinolinato-berellium), PPV(Poly Phenylene Vinylene) 또는 Poly alkylthiphene과 같은 유기재료를 진공증착 또는 스핀 코팅(Spin Coating)을 이용하여 증착시켜 유기 박막층(204)을 형성시킨다.
여기서, 상기 유기재료는 고체상태에서의 형광 양자수율이 커야 하고, 전자와 정공의 이동도가 높아야 하며, 진공증착시 쉽게 분해되지 않아야 하고, 균일한 박막을 형성하고 막의 구조가 안정되어야 하는 특성이 요구된다.
이어, 수분과 산소에 의한 열화를 방지하기 위해 상기 제 2 절연층(206)상에 보호층(207)을 형성시킨다. 상기 보호층(207)은 실리콘 산화물 또는 인듐산화물 등이 이용된다.
이어, 상기 박막트랜지스터(208)를 포함한 제 1 기판(201a)의 전면에 보호막(209)을 적층시킨다.
그리고 상기 박막트랜지스터(208)의 드레인전극(208e) 표면이 소정부분 노출되도록 상기 보호막(209)을 선택적으로 제거하여 비아홀을 형성하고, 상기 비아홀을 포함한 제 1 기판(201a)의 전면에 ITO 박막과 같은 투명 도전막을 증착한 후 선택적으로 패터닝하여 상기 비아홀을 통해 상기 드레인전극(208e)과 연결되도록 상기 보호막(209)상에 화소전극(210)을 형성시킨다.
Claims (9)
- 고분자 유기물 재료로 형성된 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판;상기 제 1 기판의 배면상에 형성되는 제 1 절연층;상기 제 1 기판의 배면과 상기 제 1 절연층 사이에 형성된 시트 글래스;상기 제 1 절연층상에 형성되는 유기발광소자;상기 유기발광소자 전면에 형성되는 제 2 절연층;상기 제 2 절연층상에 형성되는 보호층;상기 제 1 기판상에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터;상기 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 기판 전면에 형성되는 보호막;상기 박막트랜지스터의 소정부분에 연결되면서 상기 보호막상에 형성되는 화소전극;상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판 사이에 형성되는 액정을 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판은 편광기능이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판의 고분자 유기물 재료로는 PES(Polyethersurfate), PC(Polycarbonate)와 같은 고분자 유기물 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기발광소자의 유기 박막층은 Alq3(Tris-8-hydroxyquinolinato aluminium), BeBq(Bis-benzo-quinolinato-berellium), PPV(Poly Phenylene Vinylene) 또는 Poly alkylthiphene 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 고분자 유기물 재료로 형성된 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판의 배면상에 소정 두께의 시트 글래스를 형성하는 단계;상기 시트 글래스 상에 제 1 절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 절연층상에 유기발광소자를 형성하는 단계;상기 유기발광소자 전면에 제 2 절연층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 2 절연층상에 보호층을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판상에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계;상기 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 기판 전면에 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 박막트랜지스터의 소정부분에 연결되도록 상기 보호막상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판의 고분자 유기물 재료로는 PES(Polyethersurfate), PC(Polycarbonate)와 같은 고분자 유기물 재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유기발광소자의 유기 박막층은 Alq3(Tris-8-hydroxyquinolinato aluminium), BeBq(Bis-benzo-quinolinato-berellium), PPV(Poly Phenylene Vinylene) 또는 Poly alkylthiphene 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
