Claims (7)
- 일산화탄소를 제거하기 위한 고온 수성가스(water gas) 전환반응용 촉매에 있어서, 니켈, 코발트 및 아연에서 선택된 2가지 성분과 철을 포함하고 크롬을 함유하고 있지 않은 3성분계 복합 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 수성가스 전환반응용 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 철 85 ~ 95 중량%, 니켈 3 ~ 15 중량% 및 아연 1 ~ 3 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 철 85 ~ 95 중량%, 니켈 3 ~ 15 중량% 및 코발트 1 ~ 3 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 철 85 ~ 95 중량%, 코발트 3 ~ 15 중량% 및 아연 1 ~ 3 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 프로판과 부탄이 주성분인 액화석유가스 (LPG)의 수증기 개질반응 후에 생성되는 일산화탄소를 제거하는 데 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제 1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 포함하는 반응기에 수성가스를 투여하고 300 ~ 500 ℃의 온도에서 시간당 공간속도(space velocity) 5,000 ~ 50,000 ml-수성가스/g-촉매·h로 고온 수성가스 전환반응을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 일산화탄소 제거방법.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 제1항에 따른 고온 수성가스 전환반응용 촉매의 제조방법:a) 철 전구체(Fe(NO3)3·9H2O)를 증류수에 혼합하여 교반하면서 니켈 전구체(Ni(NO3)2·6H2O), 코발트 전구체(Co(NO3)3·6H2O) 및 아연 전구체(Zn(NO3)2·6H2O)에서 선택된 2가지를 첨가하여 교반하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계에서 얻어진 혼합물에 pH 2.5 ~ 3이 될 때까지 증류수와 소듐 카르보네이트(Sodium carbonate)가 혼합된 수용액을 첨가하고 건조하는 단계;c) b)단계에서 얻어진 결과물에 pH 7 ~ 8이 될 때까지 증류수와 하이드록사이드(Sodium hydroxide)가 혼합된 수용액을 첨가하여 생성된 침전물을 감압분리기로 분리하는 단계; 및d) 상기 c)단계에서 얻어진 침전물을 증류수로 세척하고 건조한 후 400 ~ 600 ℃에서 열처리하는 단계.
