Claims (7)
- 저단압축기(55)와 고단압축기(11, 12)가 직렬로 접속되어 2단 압축 냉동주기를 행하는 냉매회로(6)를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 고단압축기(11, 12)가 수용되는 제1 유닛(2)과, 상기 저단압축기(55)가 수용되는 제2 유닛(5)을 구비하고,상기 제1 유닛(2)과 상기 제2 유닛(5)은, 상기 저단압축기(55)의 토출측을 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)의 흡입측과 연통시키기 위한 냉매 배관(38, 60)에 의해 접속되는 한편,상기 제2 유닛(5)에는 냉동기유를 상기 저단압축기(55)에서 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)로 회송하는 오일회송수단(70)이 배치되고,상기 오일회송수단(70)은 상기 저단압축기(55)에 일단이, 이 저단압축기(55)의 토출 배관에 타단이 각각 접속된 오일회송통로(72)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 저단압축기(55)는, 그 고압부에 냉동기유가 저류되도록 구성되는 한편,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 그 오일회송통로(72)의 일단이 상기 저단압축기(55)의 고압부에 접속되고, 이 오일회송통로(72)를 통하여 상기 저단압축기(55)의 고압부에 고인 냉동기유를 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)로 회송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 고단압축기(11, 12)의 흡입측을 저단압축기(55)의 고압부보다 저압으로 하기 위해 상기 저단압축기(55)의 토출측에 배치된 감압수단(71)을 구비하는 한편,상기 오일회송통로(72)의 타단은, 상기 저단 압축기(55)의 토출 배관에서의 상기 감압수단(71)의 하류측에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 저단압축기(55)는, 고압공간인 돔 내에 냉동기유가 저류되도록 구성되는 한편,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 상기 오일회송통로(72)를 통하여 상기 저단압축기(55)의 돔 내에 저류된 냉동기유를 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)로 회송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 고단압축기(11, 12)의 흡입측을 저단압축기(55)의 돔 내보다 저압으로 하기 위해 상기 저단압축기(55)의 토출측에 배치된 감압수단(71)을 구비하는 한편,상기 오일회송통로(72)의 타단은, 상기 저단압축기(55)의 토출 배관에서의 상기 감압수단(71)의 하류측에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저단압축기(55a, 55b, 55c)가 복수 배치되며, 이 복수의 저단압축기(55a, 55b, 55c)가 서로 병렬로 접속되고,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 상기 복수의 저단압축기(55a, 55b, 55c) 중 1대인 오일회수 대상 저단압축기(55a)로부터 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)로 냉동기유를 회송하도록 구성되는 한편,상기 오일회수 대상 저단압축기(55a) 이외의 저단압축기(55b, 55c)로부터 이 오일회수 대상 저단압축기(55a)로 냉동기유를 송출하기 위한 송유통로(67a, 67b)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 저단압축기(55)와 고단압축기(11, 12)가 직렬로 접속되어 2단 압축 냉동주기를 행하는 냉매회로(6)를 구비한 냉동장치에 있어서,냉동기유를 상기 저단압축기(55)에서 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)로 회송하는 오일회송수단(70)을 구비하고,상기 저단압축기(55)의 토출측에는, 저단압축기(55)에서 토출된 냉동기유를 포집하는 오일분리기(64)가 배치되는 한편,상기 오일회송수단(70)은, 상기 고단압축기(11, 12)의 흡입측을 상기 오일분리기(64) 내보다 저압으로 하기 위해, 오일분리기(64)보다 고단압축기(11, 12) 쪽으로 배치되는 감압수단(71)과, 일단이 오일분리기(64)에 접속됨과 더불어 타단이 감압수단(71)을 우회하여 고단압축기(11, 12)의 흡입측에 접속되는 오일회송통로(72)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
