Description
Claims (16)
- 재충전 가능한 베어 셀;상기 베어 셀에 대한 보호회로가 형성되고, 일면에 외부단자가 설치되는 보호회로기판;상기 보호회로기판의 일면에 상기 외부단자가 노출되는 상태로 부착되는 기판외장커버;상기 베어 셀의 양·음극을 상기 보호회로기판에 각각 전기적으로 연결하는 제1 및 제2 리드 플레이트를 포함하고상기 기판외장커버는,상기 외부단자가 노출되는 관통홀이 형성되는 커버본체; 및상기 커버본체의 일면에 형성되는 접착층을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커버본체는, 경질의 플라스틱으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커버본체는, 압출성형에 의해 제작되는 플라스틱 필름의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 필름은 0.1㎜~0.4㎜ 범위의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착층은 0.05㎜~0.1㎜ 범위의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착층은, 양면테이프에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착층은, 상기 커버본체의 일면에 접착제가 코팅되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로기판과 기판외장커버의 측면을 포함하여 보호회로기판과 상기 베어 셀의 사이 공간에 성형 수지에 의한 몰딩부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 몰딩부는, 상기 베어 셀의 측면 일부까지 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판외장커버는, 둘레에 한 쌍 이상의 절개부가 서로 반대 방향에 위치하도록 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 절개부는, 상기 기판외장커버의 장변에 형성되고, 서로 대향되는 두 쌍의 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 절개부는, 상기 기판외장커버를 두께 방향으로 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 기판외장커버의 한 쪽 절개부에 삽입되는 고정돌기가 형성되고, 상기 베어 셀의 측면 일부를 감싸는 제1 외장케이스;상기 기판외장커버의 다른 한쪽 절개부에 삽입되는 고정돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제1 외장케이스와 함께 상기 베어 셀의 측면 전부를 감싸는 제2 외장케이스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 외장케이스의 상단부 및 상기 고정돌기의 상단부는 상기 보호회로기판의 외부단자가 노출되는 일면과 동일 높이를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판외장커버는, 상기 기판외장커버의 횡단면의 사방 길이가 상기 보호회로기판 일면의 사방 길이와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
