Claims (4)
- 주변 및 중앙 고정 접점이 형성된 가요성 필름으로 이루어진 베이스 기판과, 상기 고정 접점의 일부를 노출시킴과 함께, 이 베이스 기판의 표면에 형성된 배선 패턴의 상면측을 피복하는 절연성의 피복 부재와, 상기 고정 접점과 접리(接離) 가능하게 대향시켜서 배치한 반전 가능한 팽출부(膨出部)로 이루어진 가동 접점을 갖는 클릭 스프링과, 이 클릭 스프링의 상기 팽출부의 상면측을 덮도록 상기 베이스 기판의 상면측에 부착된 가요성 필름으로 이루어진 커버 시트를 구비하고, 상기 주변 및 중앙 고정 접점이 형성된 면측에 위치하는 상기 피복 부재에, 상기 중앙 고정 접점의 전부와 주변 고정 접점의 일부를 노출시키는 개구부로 이루어진 비피복부를 형성함과 함께, 그 비피복부에 연결 형성되어 상기 클릭 스프링이 가압되어 상기 팽출부가 반전될 때의 공기 유통로를 형성하고, 상기 커버 시트를 상기 피복 부재에 점착 지지시켜서 상기 베이스 기판의 상면측을 밀폐시키고,상기 베이스 기판 위에 형성된 상기 배선 패턴의 위치와, 상기 피복 부재에 형성된 상기 공기 유통로의 위치가 서로 중첩되지 않도록 어긋나게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피복 부재는, 상기 비피복부의 형상을 펀칭 형성한 절연 수지 필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 절연 수지 필름을 상기 베이스 기판에 접착하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판 위에는, 복수 세트의 상기 클릭 스프링과, 상기 클릭 스프링과 대향하는 상기 중앙 고정 접점을 배치하고, 상기 피복 부재에 형성된 상기 공기 유통로를 인접하는 클릭 스프링 사이에 연결시켜서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 장치.
