Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 권취축 방향의 일방인 상방으로 인출되는 전극 탭을 가지는 두 전극과 상기 두 전극 사이의 단락을 방지하는 세퍼레이터가 적층 권취되어 이루어지는 권취형 전극 조립체,상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 각형 캔,상기 전극 조립체의 권취 말단을 포함하여 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면 적어도 일부에 부착되는 마감 테이프,상기 전극 조립체의 하부면과 상기 하부면에 인접한 외측면 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 부착되는 하부 테이프를 구비하며,상기 마감 테이프와 상기 하부 테이프는 서로 겹치지 않는 위치에서 상기 전극 조립체에 부착되고, 상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면의 상하 방향 폭의 상부 1/2 범위에 한정되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
- 권취축 방향의 일방인 상방으로 인출되는 전극 탭을 가지는 두 전극과 상기 두 전극 사이의 단락을 방지하는 세퍼레이터가 적층 권취되어 이루어지는 권취형 전극 조립체,상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 각형 캔,상기 전극 조립체의 권취 말단을 포함하여 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면 적어도 일부에 부착되는 마감 테이프,상기 전극 조립체의 하부면과 상기 하부면에 인접한 외측면 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 부착되는 하부 테이프를 구비하며,상기 마감 테이프와 상기 하부 테이프는 서로 겹치지 않는 위치에서 상기 전극 조립체에 부착되고, 상기 마감 테이프는 상기 권취 말단의 내측면과 상기 권취 말단의 내층을 이루는 부분의 외측면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 마감 테이프는 양면 테이프로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 마감 테이프는 별도의 기재 없는 점착제나 접착제 도포층만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
- 권취축 방향의 일방인 상방으로 인출되는 전극 탭을 가지는 두 전극과 상기 두 전극 사이의 단락을 방지하는 세퍼레이터가 적층 권취되어 이루어지는 권취형 전극 조립체,상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 각형 캔,상기 전극 조립체의 권취 말단을 포함하여 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면 적어도 일부에 부착되는 마감 테이프,상기 전극 조립체의 하부면과 상기 하부면에 인접한 외측면 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 부착되는 하부 테이프를 구비하며,상기 마감 테이프와 상기 하부 테이프는 서로 겹치지 않는 위치에서 상기 전극 조립체에 부착되고, 상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면에 둘레 방향으로 부착되는 둘 이상의 테이프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
- 권취축 방향의 일방인 상방으로 인출되는 전극 탭을 가지는 두 전극과 상기 두 전극 사이의 단락을 방지하는 세퍼레이터가 적층 권취되어 이루어지는 권취형 전극 조립체,상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 각형 캔,상기 전극 조립체의 권취 말단을 포함하여 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면 적어도 일부에 부착되는 마감 테이프,상기 전극 조립체의 하부면과 상기 하부면에 인접한 외측면 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 부착되는 하부 테이프를 구비하며,상기 마감 테이프와 상기 하부 테이프는 서로 겹치지 않는 위치에서 상기 전극 조립체에 부착되고, 상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 외측면을 둘레 방향으로 적어도 1/2회 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 각형 리튬 이온 전지.
