Claims (7)
- 자동차용 흡음 카펫에 있어서,폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 부직포 기포지 위에 폴리에스테르, 나이론, 폴리프로필렌, 면, 마, 양모로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종으로 이루어진 실을 터프트하거나 니들링에 의해 결합하고, 바닥면은 에틸렌비닐아세테이트, 스티렌부타디엔고무, 천연라텍스 및 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 백코팅한 카펫층(11),폴리에스테르, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리아미드로 이루진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 극세사 부직포로 형성한 제1부직포층(13), 및폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부직포로 형성한 제2부직포층(14)을 포함하고,상기 제1부직포층(13)과 제2부직포층(14)의 감음계수가 서로 다르고, 제1부직포층(13)은 단사섬도 0.05 내지 20데시텍스인 섬유가 부직포 전체중량의 50중량% 내지 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음카펫.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부직포층(13)은 두께가 0.1 내지 5.0mm이고, 면밀도가 50 내지 500g/m2이고, 감음계수가 0.3 내지 0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음카펫.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제2부직포층(14)은 두께가 0.5 내지 50mm이고, 면밀도가 100 내지 1,000g/m2이고, 감음계수가 0.2 내지 0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음카펫.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카펫층(11), 제1부직포층(13) 및 제2부직포층(14)을 접착하는 접착층(12) 중 적어도 하나는 불규칙한 그물망 구조의 열가소성 수지 부직포를 가열 용융시켜서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음카펫.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카펫층(11), 제1부직포층(13) 및 제2부직포층(14)을 접착하는 접착층(12) 중 적어도 하나는 열가소성 수지와 무기물 필러의 혼합물을 파우더 형태로 분쇄한 후 가열 용융하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음 카펫.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지와 무기물 필러의 혼합물에는 무기물 필러의 양이 열가소성 수지 중량의 1 내지 10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음카펫.
