502: 전송선 변압기의 2번 포트
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 예에 따른 전송선 변압기는, 1차측 전송선과 2차측 전송선을 포함하며, 상기 1차측 전송선 및 2차측 전송선 중의 적어도 어느 하나에 인덕터가 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 인덕터가 직렬로 연결되는 1차측 전송선 또는 2차측 전송선의 양단에 커패시터가 병렬 연결될 수 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 또 다른 예에 따른 전송선 변압기는, 1차측 전송선과 2차측 전송선을 포함하는 복수개의 단위 전송선 변압기가 수동소자를 통하여 직렬연결되고, 상기 1차측 전송선 및 2차측 전송선 중의 적어도 어느 하나에 커패시터가 병렬로 연결되거나 인덕터가 직렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 수동소자는 커패시터, 인덕터, 전송선 및 저항으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나일 수 있다.
도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 변형 전송선(103, 104)은 전송선(122)에 병렬 커패시터나 직렬 인덕터가 추가되어 이루어진다. 구체적으로, 제1 변형 전송선(120)은 전송선(122)에 커패시터(121)가 병렬로 연결되는 경우를 나타낸 것이고, 제2 변형 전송선(130)은 전송선(132)에 인덕터(131)가 직렬로 연결되는 경우를 나타낸 것이다. 그리고, 제3 변형 전송선(140)은 전송선(143)에 인덕터(141)가 직렬로 연결되고 전송선(143)의 양단에 커패시터(142)가 병렬 연결되는 경우를 나타낸 것이다. 제4 변형 전송선(150)은 전송선(153)에 커패시터(152)가 병렬로 연결되고 커패시터(152)와 전송선(153)의 사이에 인덕터(151)가 삽입 연결되는 경우를 나타낸 것이다.
전송선 변압기의 크기는 대부분 전송선이 차지하고 인덕터나 커패시터는 이러한 전송선에 비하여 그 크기가 작다. 따라서 본 발명에 의하면 종래의 전송선 변압기(도 1)보다 작은 크기로 전송선 변압기를 구현하더라도 특정 동작 주파수에서 유사한 성능을 발휘하는 전송선 변압기를 얻을 수 있게 된다. 또한 전송선이 길어짐으로써 발생하는 기생저항을 줄여 손실을 줄일 수 있다.
