Claims (9)
- 소결첨가제 2 중량% ~ 7 중량% 가 함유된 탄화규소 테이프와, 탄화규소 섬유로 직조한 탄화규소 천을 교대로 적층하여 성형체를 제조하는 단계(단계 1); 및상기 단계 1에서 제조된 성형체를 소결시키는 단계(단계 2)를포함하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 테이프는탄화규소 분말과 소결첨가제를 건식혼합 후 습식혼합을 병행하여 수행하거나 습식혼합만을 단독으로 수행하여 세라믹 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(단계 a); 및단계 a)에서 제조된 세라믹 슬러리를 탈기시킨 후, 테이프 성형 장치를 이용하여 성형시키는 단계(단계 b)를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소결첨가제는 SiO2, BaO, MgO, Al2O3, Y2O3, Er2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3, Sc2O3, CaO 및 AlN로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상을 혼합 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 탄화규소 테이프의 두께는 30 ~ 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 섬유로 직조한 탄화규소 천은 열분해탄소, 탄화규소 또는 이들의 복합층으로 코팅처리된 것을 사용하거나 코팅처리 없이 그대로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 섬유로 직조한 탄화규소 천은 섬유 간 공간을 채우기 위해 세라믹 슬러리에 함침시킨 것을 사용하거나, 함침시킴 없이 그대로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 소결이 가압소결법에 의해 수행되는 경우, 소결 온도는 1650 ~ 1900 ℃이고, 소결 압력은 10 ~ 30 MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2의 소결이 고온정수압소결법에 의해 수행되는 경우, 소결 온도는 1650 ~ 1900 ℃이고, 소결 압력은 100 ~ 200 MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 탄화규소 섬유강화 탄화규소 복합재료의 제조방법.
