Claims (3)
- 차속 신호, 쓰로틀 개도 신호, 수동 또는 자동 변속 패턴을 선택하기 위한 변속 모드 선택 스위치(10)의 출력 신호, 및 기어 변속 레버의 조작 상태인 변속단 신호를 기초로 변속하는 자동 변속 차량의 변속 장치에 있어서,수동 모드에서 다운 시프트 발생 시 현재 변속 단에서 저단으로 변속하는 자동 다운 변속 패턴 또는 상기 기어 변속 레버의 조작에 따라 설정된 수동 다운 변속 패턴 중 하나를 선택하는 다운 변속 패턴 선택 스위치(20)와,상기 변속 모드 선택 스위치(10)의 출력 신호에 따라 수동 모드인 지를 체크하고, 상기 차속 신호, 쓰로틀 개도 신호를 기초로 다운 시프트를 체크하여 수동 모드의 다운 시프트인 경우 상기 다운 변속 패턴 선택 스위치의 출력 신호에 따라 자동 다운 변속 패턴 또는 수동 다운 변속 패턴 중 하나로 변속하는 변속 제어부(30)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속 차량의 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다운 변속 패턴 선택 스위치(20)는 슬라이드 형태의 스위치로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속 차량의 변속 장치.
- 차속 신호, 쓰로틀 개도 신호, 수동 또는 자동 모드를 선택하기 위한 변속 모드 선택 스위치(10)의 출력 신호, 운전자에 의해 조작되는 기어 변속 레버의 변속단 신호, 및 운전자에 의해 조작되는 다운 변속 패턴 선택 스위치(20)의 출력 신호에 따라 변속 모드 및 변속 패턴을 설정하는 자동 변속 차량의 변속 방법에 있어서,a) 상기 변속 모드 선택 스위치(10)의 출력 신호를 수신하여 수동 모드인 지를 체크하는 단계;b) 상기 a) 단계를 통해 수동 모드인 경우 상기 차속 신호 및 상기 쓰로틀 개도 신호를 수신하여 다운 시프트인 지를 체크하여 수동 모드이고 다운 시프트인 경우 상기 다운 변속 패턴 선택 스위치(20)의 출력 신호를 수신하는 단계;c) 상기 b) 단계의 다운 변속 패턴 선택 신호가 자동 다운 변속 패턴인 경우 수신된 상기 변속단 신호인 현재 변속 단에서 저단으로 변속하는 단계; 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 다운 변속 패턴 선택 신호가 수동 다운 변속 패턴인 경우 운전자에 의해 조작된 상기 기어 변속 레버의 변속단으로 변속하는 단계를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속 차량의 변속 방법.
