Abstract
Description
상기 다수의 공통전극과 화소전극은 지그재그 형상이며, 상기 게이트 전극은 상기 게이트배선의 일측에서 돌출되어 형성되는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 소스전극은 "U"형상이고, 상기 드레인 전극은 상기 "U"형상의 내부에 소정간격 이격하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (4)
- 기판 상에 수직으로 교차하여 화소영역을 정의하는 게이트배선과 데이터배선과;상기 게이트배선과 데이터배선이 교차하는 지점에 구성되고,상기 게이트 배선으로부터 기울어져 돌출되는 제 1변과 상기 게이트 배선으로부터 수직방향으로 돌출되는 제 2변 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 변을 연결하는 제 3변을 가지며, 상기 제 1 변이 상기 게이트배선과 이루는 각을 Θg 라 하고 상기 게이트배선과 이에 대하여 비스듬한 러빙방향이 이루는 각을 ΘR라 할 때, 이들 두 각의 절대차 │ │가 90o가 되도록 설계된 게이트 전극과, 상기 게이트 전극 상부로 반도체층과 소스전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역 내에 상기 드레인 전극과 연결되어 서로 이격하며 형성된 다수의 화소전극과;상기 다수의 화소전극과 교대하며 형성된 다수의 공통전극을 포함하며,상기 게이트 전극의 제 1 변이 상기 공통전극의 일측과 평행하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 횡전계 방식 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 공통전극과 화소전극은 지그재그 형상인 횡전계 방식 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소스전극은 "U"형상이고, 상기 드레인 전극은 상기 "U"형상의 내부에 소정간격 이격하여 구성된 횡전계 방식 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
